Teaching objectives

1.Language goals:Students can understand,can say and read the new words:the sun, the moon,star,cloud,sea,boat,lake,river and mountain. 2.Skill goals:Students can use sentence patterns “What can you see?”“I can see … .”to talk about the things they see.

3.Emotional goals:Students can talk with others freely and fluently to introduce the scenes they see ,to express their emotions ,so,to make more friends.

Teaching keys and difficulties

1.Teaching keys:the mastery of the new words and sentence patterns.

2.Teaching difficulties:Students can use the new words and sentence patterns to ask and introduce nature scenes.

Step 1 Warm-up

1.Greetings

播放音乐。师生齐做动作。

以同样的方法教学新单词cloud,sea,boat,lake,river,mountain. 可齐读、单个读、男女生读、分组读。

2.巩固单词:

1、游戏—High and low voice.

2、Guess,guess,guess!

T:Now,let’s play a game!

When I say “star”(大声示范),you say “star”(小声示范), When I say “star”(小声示范),you say “star”(大声示范)。Are you ready?

Ss:Yes!Let’s go!

T:(教师手持单词卡片)Now look at the card.

Step3 Practice

T:It’s show time!Let’s have a groupwork!

(教师手持单词卡片,播放已准备的VCR.)

T:Look at the VCR carefully and then do what they did!

T:Who want to have a try?Hands up,please!

教师把单词卡片发给上来表演的五位同学,请学生开始表演。

教师对学生表演进行点评和鼓励。

Step 4 Pairwork

T:Two people a pair to make a dialogue using “What can you see?”、“I can see … .”There are many things in our classroom,just like pens,pencils, chairs,books,you can choose one to ask and answer.

Step5 Summary

This lesson,we have learnt some new words and a sentence pattern, please remember them after class.

Step 6 Homework

1. Copy the new words 4times.

2.Introduce the things in your home to your family and your friends.
