Unit 12 Don't eat in class. Section A (1a-1c) 一、教学目标： 1. 语言知识目标：

1) 能掌握以下单词：rules, arrive, late, listen to, fight, bring ,quiet, important. 2) 能掌握以下句型：

① Don't eat in class. (即Don't+动词原形+其他) ② You must be on time.

（即must+动词原形+其他）

2. 熟练使用目标语言谈论对某些规章制度（校规、家规等）的看法

3. 情感态度价值观目标：

1.能用英语表达和制定一些简单的规则，理解没有规矩不成方圆

2.无论是在学校时还是在家庭中以及以后走上社会都应当遵守规则，按规则办事

二、教学重难点

1. 教学重点：

1) 肯定祈使句：动词原形+（宾语）+其他

2) 否定祈使句：Don't+动词原形+其他

2. 教学难点：

掌握祈使句的用法，并能听懂、会说一些简单的祈使句。

三、教学过程

Ⅰ. Warming-up and revision 教师进教室后，使用祈使句请学生们完成一系列动作：

Please stand up/ sit down. Open your books / Don't open your books. let's begin our class. 学生听教师的指令完成各种动作，教师同时将指令写到黑板上，让学生仔细观察祈使句的特点（肯定句，否定句的区别与联系）。

Ⅱ. Presentation

教师出示书上1a 的图片，向学生提问。

指着图上奔跑的男孩提问

T：What's the girl doing? S: She's eating. T：Can she eat in class? S: No, she can't. T: So please don't eat in class.(板书，教读) （= You can't eat in class.） （教师板书时，don't用红色粉笔， eat用黄色粉笔，其他用白色粉笔书写，突出否定祈使句don't及其后加动词原形）

Ⅲ. 1a

T: Now, Look at the picture on your textbook. Each of the students is breaking one of these rules. Please finish 1a.

学生看图，完成1a的内容，教师检查答案后并带领同学们大声朗读校规。

Ⅳ. Listening

1. T: Now let's listen! What rules are these students breaking? Write the numbers after names? 2. 学生们听录音，完成1b，选出三位学生都违反了哪条校规。

3. Check the answers. Ⅴ. Pair work 教师带读1c部分的句型，之后再带读一下1a “school rules”

中的五个句子，给学生三分钟，让他们用这些句型两两对话，同时，学生可经过讨论，多说出他们想到的校规，不必只限于书上，(教师应适当给予帮助）

e.g. S1: What are the rules? S2: We can't arrive late for class. We must be on time. Ⅶ. Pair work

Talk about the rules in 2a, Let some students come to the front and act out the conversations.

S1: Can we listen to music? S2: We can't listen to music in the hallways, but we can listen to it outside. S3 : Can we eat in class? S4: We can't eat in class, but we can eat in the dining hall. Ⅷ. Role-play Read the conversation and find some rules in this school. Teacher ask some students to read the answers and give some proper comments. ( Don't be late for school. Don't bring music players to school. You always have to wear the school uniform. You have to be quiet in the library. ) Homework: (革命尚未成功，回家仍需努力)

1. List our class rules in English. 2. 完成下列句型转换试题

1） Paul has to eat outside.（改为一般疑问句）

2） Can I put the box here?（作否定回答）
