Step 1: Lead-in 1.

Greet the students by using “Good afternoon!”. 2.

Teacher: What does she look like? (Show a picture to students)

Ask students to introduce their friends by using the adjectives to lead in this unit. 1. Share four pictures for students to lead in the new words

Step 2: Presentation from three aspects, including hair, build and height. 2. Let students close eyes to recall the new words and then present the new words again in PPT.

1. Ask students to look at 1a and guide them to match the Step 3: Work on 1a words with the people in the picture. 2. Check the answers with students. 1.

Play the recording and ask students to fill in the blanks. 2.
