the students on the blackboard after using remembering the word. Second I’m teacher says. “I’ve got carrots, but still hungry!”

Students repeat the sentence “I’ve got carrots.” Then teacher takes out another kind of food “sausages”

and say,“I want some sausages”. Then show the picture and the word on the screen. Students can practise the words in pairs in lines or in groups. language.

Third teach other words “apples, cakes, ice cream, and chips”

in the same way. Fourth practise the words and sentences. Teacher asks one student to act a sales boy or girl, and one student to act a customer. The customer is hungry so he or she goes to a shop to by some food by saying,“I’m hungry! (Carrots)

please!” The sales boy or girl give the food to the customer by saying, “Here you are!” Then the customer responds “Thank you!”

Students can go to the “shop”

to buy any food they want. Exercise 1. Ask students to open the To practise

books, turn to page 70. food. Students point to the numbered food items and read the words following the recording. 2. Do the exercise on the work book “look, draw and say the words.”
