教学流程：

1.创境激趣，揭示课题。

T：Hello，boys and girls！

S：Hello, Mister Feng! T:Let’s sing a song.

She'll Be Comin' Round the Mountain T: What’s your hobby? S: My hobby is ……

T: Show the logos that you have collected. Can you guess the country of the logo? 2.呈现单词，层层操练。

出示亚特兰奥运会大会标幻灯片：

T：Who know what it means? T: Guess. S1: It means the celebration of the century. 出示悉尼奥运会会标幻灯片：

T：Do you know what it means? T: Guess. S2: It means share the spirit. 出示北京奥运会会标幻灯片：

T：Do you know what it means? : Guess. S3: It means one world one dream. 出示雅典奥运会会标幻灯片：

T：Do you know what it means? T: Guess. S5: It means peace and happiness. 3.重点句型，语境操练。

T: Let’s practise One ask ,the other answer S1: Which one do you like? S2: I prefer

There are so many logos .“What do you like?”

You can say “I prefer … …”

S: I prefer Beijing 2008, Atlanta 1996,Sydney 2000… …

T: 注意一下prefer的发音，注意重音。

Who can spell and read？Together. T：Spell the word. S:P-r-e-f-e-r.prefer S: m-e-a-n, mean. T：What does this word “peace” mean？

Spell the word.P-e-a-c-e, peace. T: Are you happy today? S: Yes, I am. T: Look! It will be changed into “happiness”.

T: Together read “happy-happiness”

4. 语音练习，自主学习。

（1）出示根据课文所提出的问题。

A. Which logo does Li Gang like？

B. Which logo does Billy like？

C．What does the olive branch mean? （2）同学们自己先试着读一遍，对课文有一个初步的了解。

（3）教师播放录音，学生听录音，可以在心中默读，体会原汁原味的英语语感。
