知识目标

使学生能听、说、认、读China，Canada，the UK，France，Australia，theUSA等单词。

（2）

初步感知“Where are you from?”

“I’m / I come from…”等句子，学生能听懂并理解其意思。

能识别相应国家名称与国旗；

能运用所学句型进行简单交流；

（3）

能按要求掌握所学词汇和句型，并结合自己的实际情况进行运用。

培养学生注意观察、认真模仿的良好习惯；

激发学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生熟练学习英语的信心。

教学重点及难点

重点：掌握国名China，Canada，the UK，Australia，France，the USA 难点：“Where are you from? I’m / I come from…”句型的具体运用。

单词卡片，国旗，多媒体课件，奖品。

教学步骤

Step 1 Warming up 1.Sing a song (How are you?) 2.Greetings. T：Boys and girls, what do you like? S1：I like ……

T: Do you like travalling? Where did you go? Today, I’ll take you to

visit some buildings in the world, ok? Let’s go! Step 2 Presentation New

words 1.（出示中国长城的图片）

T: Oh！The Creat Wall. Where is it?（引导学生回答）

It’s in China.(出示单词卡片并教读)And this is our national flag.（出示五星红旗）China is our mother, so we should love her. Please say out loudly: I love you, China! 通过领读、正音、齐读、分组读等方式练读单词。然后出示课文中相关图片，学习句子“I;m from / I come from……”

2.用同样的方法教学单词Canada , the UK , Australia , France , the USA。

3.Game: Lucky turning 学生先在小组内操练单词，然后开始游戏：当转盘上的指针停止

时，快速说出所指单词，动作快且说对的获胜，可获得奖励。

学生自由从表格中选一个人物来扮演，分别介绍此人的基本情况。

Game: 开火车

学生小组比赛：小组上前站成一个纵队，没人手里拿一面国旗，然后由老师开始问第一个同学“Where are you from?”该同学就手里的国旗回答“I’m / I come from……”该同学回答后立刻转过身问后边的同学，就这样一直传下去，用时最少的小组获胜，可获奖励。

Step 5 Homework 1.制作各国国旗，然后与同学问答：

-Where are you from?

-I'm from / I come from ...... 2.读Part A、B给父母听，教会他们认识国家名。
