Unit 4 Don’t eat in class. Section B(2a-2c) 课型：阅读课

教学目标：

1.

知识目标：

（1）通过阅读课文，学生能够理解文章大意。

（2）学生能够掌握情态动词

“can,must,have to,can’t”

能力目标：

（1）学生的听说读写技巧能够有效提升。

（2）通过一系列的阅读活动，学生的细节阅读策略能够提升。

情感目标：学生对身边规则的重新审视，接受规则，而不是消极抵抗规则。同时，引导学生学会向朋友、家长、老师求助，形成积极的健康的心理。

教学重点：

情态动词”can,must,have to,can’t”的使用和区分。

通过一系列的阅读活动，学生的细节阅读策略能够提升。

教学难点：

能够用所学知识写一封信来表达自己身边的规则和自己对规则的看法，学以致用。

Step 1 Warming-up and revision. Share pictures from 1a and talk about the rules that Dave has to follow.

Step 2 Free talk. T:When you are unhappy about something,who do you like to talk to? S1:My friends. S2:My classmates. S3:My teachers.

Step 3 Thinking. T:Here is a picture of Molly, a girl from New York. Look at the picture,how does she feel? Ss:She is unhappy. T:Why does she feel unhappy? I’ll show another picture.

Her parents are strict with her.So they make many rules,she has to follow these rules and she can’t break the rules. T:What can she do? We can write a letter to Dr. Know.

Step 4 Presentation.(Letter 1) Work on 2a. While-reading. 1.Task 1 Fast-reading.(快速阅读文章，把握文章的主旨句。）

Find the topic sentence of the letter. 2.

Task 2 Careful reading.（细读文章，抓住文章细节

Read Molly’s letter carefully and underline the rules.

Guessing words. Don’t leave the dirty dishes in the kitchen. (根据上下文

Fill in the blank. How does Molly feel?

Terrible!

After-reading. Discussion. If you are Dr. Know,what suggestions would you like to give Molly Brown.

Work on 2c. 1.

Read the letters again and complete the sentences with have to/must,can or can’t. 2.

Students check the answers.

Step 5 Letter 2 While-reading. Read the letter from Dr. Know and underline the things Molly can do. Free talk. Why do parents make so many rules?

Nothing can be accomplished without norms and standards. Family rules can teach us how to do things well and give us the best.We should know the importance of rules.

教学反思：

本课的不足之处导入部分问题应该更明确清晰，让学生能够快速反馈出情感“unhappy”，在完成2c部分练习之前应该有更多的目标用语（情态动词）让学生能够更有效的完成练习以及使用情态动词表达规则。本课亮点，在以Molly的一天为线索，处理了重要短语

“make one’s bed,do the dishes,leave the dirty dishes in the kitchen...”为之后处理fill in blank学生的口头输出做出更好的铺垫。本堂课在情感目标的达成完成较好，学生能够用积极的用语去表达一些suggestions。

导入部分是由上节课谈论大卫的家规引出这堂课的rules。

Q2：Discussion.思考讨论这个环节是放在阅读全能博士书信之前还是之后更妥当。课堂的discussion 是放在阅读书信之前，是否会让学生不知道该从哪几个方面进行讨论？

2.本堂课是一堂阅读课程，本堂阅读课是一堂完整的阅读课流程，文章快读、细读、猜词、讨论、情感升华，每个环节环环相扣，文章呈现过程中也体现了以读促写的阅读手法，为下个课时的文章书写打基础。

罗思雨老师：1.整堂课讲解流畅，环环相扣。尤其讲解书信过程利用fill in blank

呈现文章结构，让学生加深对文章的理解以及书写结构，有利于之后本单元的书信写作。

2.课程的引入是由上课时大卫的家规引入，学生不陌生，更容易带入新课程Molly的家规、Molly的感受以及Molly该如何解决她的烦恼。

钱妮丽老师：一环扣一环联系紧密，和学生互动也不错，上课激情满满，估计的语言也很丰富。温故而知新，能在讲解新知识的同时回顾以往的知识点，并能结合曾经的练习。

朱丹老师：与学生互动特别好～笑容灿烂，亲和力教强。并且整堂课节奏紧凑，重难点突出，教学任务完成较好。
