Watch it grow!
单元目标:
知识目标与技能目标:掌握单词caterpillar, duckling, puppy及句型
was/ were…, but now ....并且能够运用此句型表达事情前后的变化。
情感目标:发现生活中的变化,懂得变化让生活更加美好。
策略目标:1. 通过前后对比发现事物的不同。
2. 在阅读的过程中能抓住关键信息,并能够利用关键信息解决问题

在完成项目过程中深化习惯意识,倾听他人发言,礼貌评价和补充。
课时安排:本单元分为三个课时,
第一课时题目为The
changes;第二课时题目为
I have five silkworms;第三个课时:Little Justin
Period 1
The changes
课时目标:
知识目标与技能目标:掌握单词caterpillar, duckling, puppy, lay eggs, cocoon, was, were及句型
was/ were…, but now ....并且能够运用此句型表达事情前后的变化。
策略目标:1. 通过前后对比发现事物的不同。
2.课堂活动过程中关注和培养孩子习惯培养(比如:倾听,发言,小组合作等)。
项目实施:
Step 1: Listen and enjoy
通过听这一部分的内容引出文章的主题change。T:What happened to the caterpillar?
Ss:
It was _________, but now it is _____________. T: Do you know the growing process of butterfly? Now let’s enjoy the video and find the answer.(在欣赏Listen and enjoy 的过程中要关注孩子的倾听习惯,以及要教给孩子们如何捕捉关键信息)
Step2: Watch a video about the grow process of butterfly.
T: Can you tell the grow process of the butterfly?

Now open your book and turn to page8. Listen to the tape first and then tell me the grow process of a butterfly. (听录音并让学生找出蝴蝶的生长过程)
T: Listen to the tape , follow and repeat.

设计的意图是考察孩子们对课本内容的掌握情况。课堂中注意关注孩子开始阶段的状态,坐姿和倾听习惯予以提醒。)
Step3: There are some changes around us? Can you tell me some? (可以让学生进行两人组讨论,六人组讨论,培养小组合作意识,同时也锻炼学生的倾听与表达.此处的目的是为了让孩子们主动去寻找并关注生活中的变化,同时也给孩子们运用was 的句型创造条件。) T: I have some changes for you. Show some pictures about changes and practice the sentence pattern.
可以给大家展示人物的变化,动物的变化,天气的变化等等。最后给出大家情感上的升华:The changes of the world make our life beautiful. Try to find the changes in the world. You will find a different world. Homework:1. listen and read Unit2

策略目标:在阅读中培养孩子捕捉关键信息的能力,并能够学会对事物的生长过程进行描述。
