教材分析：

本节课所执教的是湘少版三年级下册“Unit 7 Is this an orange?”

本课的主要内容是巩固有关水果（fruit）的名词和熟练运用句型“Is this a/an …?”“Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. It’s a/an ...”询问并确认物品的名称，如apple, orange,banana,pear,lemon；本节课为第二课时，教学内容为C、D部分。主要是复习巩固运用所学单词与句型进行交流以及借助图片对短文的学习与理解。

学情分析：三年级下期的学生刚刚接触英语，学习兴趣和积极性很高。他们喜欢参与活动和游戏，字母还未能熟练掌握，因此拼读和认读单词和句子的能力是他们的弱项，所以本节课中我充分利用直观、形象的物品、图片或实物来呈现给他们加以学习、复习巩固并运用。这节课中我还大胆地尝试让三年级学生借助实物和他们已知的生活经验进行简单的编写故事并进行表演，期待他们精彩的表现。

教学目标：

1.知识目标：

A.词汇：能听懂、会说、认读apple,orange,banana,pear,lemon；以及

D部分出现的新单词ball，sweet；

B.句型：能熟练运用“Is this a/an …?”“Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. It’s a/an ...”询问并确认物品的名称。D部分出现的句子“It’s sweet.”

“I don’t like oranges.”

2.能力目标：

A.能在游戏情景中询问并确认所谈论的物品。

B.能借助插图阅读和理解课文D部分的小故事。

C.能借助图片编写新故事，并尝试进行表演。

3.情感目标：学生能认识到多吃水果对身体有好处以及学英语，用英语，英语会越来越好。

教学重点：

1.能熟练运用“Is this a/an …?”“Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. It’s a/an ...”询问并确认常见水果名称，以及能听懂、会说、认读新单词ball,sweet。

2.D部分的短文学习。

教学难点：

1.理解D部分的句子“It’s sweet.”

“I don’t like oranges.”

的含义.

2.运用本课句型进行对话；在理解D部分短文的基础上将所学知识运用于生活场景中。

1、Lead in: The teacher presents a bag of fruit (put some fruit in it ) and gets the students to smell and guess the fruit, then practice the sentence pattern and learn the new words “ball,sweet”
