学情分析:

本班学生为三年级学生,已学习英语三年,具有一定的语言基础以及语言学习能力。英语表达尚可,基本能够较好地进行日常交流。对自然拼读法有一定认识

教材分析

本节课教学内容为Chapter 1 Open Day Phonics ay and y,学生通过学习能够运用ay和y的发音规则,做到见词能拼,听音能写。

教学目标:

Ss learn the sounds ofthe vowel pair ay and letter y, then Ss can spell and write the new words by using the new phonics rule. 教学重难点:

1.The learning important points: Ss can learn the rules of phonics. 2.The learning difficult points: Ss can spell and write the words by using the new phonics rules. 教学工具: Flash cards, E-book 3B Ch1 Phonics 教学过程

Step 1 Warming up 1.

Watch a video about phonics. 2.

Greeting and daily talk T: Good morning, Boys and girls…

T: What day is it today?

What’s the

date today?

What’s the weather like in Shantou today? Step 2 Lead in

T: Oh. It’s sunny today. Do you like sunny day?

How about these? Do you know these kinds of weather?

( PPT presents some pictures about weather. And T keeps asking questions and reviews the words about weather which contain the letter y.)

Step 3 Presentation 1.

Input the short passage with the pictures. The short passage contains many words with

letter y and vowel pair ay. 2.

Ask questions according to the short passage.

Qs: What can Miss Zhang do on a windy day?

What can Miss Zhang do on a sunny day?

What can Miss Zhang do on a cloudy day? What can Miss Zhang do on a rainy day?

In this way, Ss can try to answer the questions by using the sentences with letter y and vowel pair ay. 3.

T circles the words from the short passage. And then asks Ss try to guess the sounds of y and ay.

T: So do you know the sound of ay and y? Now open your book and repeat after E-book. (Play the video of ay and y) 4.

Let’s chant. Clap hands and beat the desk while chant. Y, y, y, y.

A-y, ay, ay.

1. Let’s spell.

T asks Ss to spell the new words with ay and y one by one.

2. Spell the words with your deskmates. Then Ss can have a competition with their classmates.

3. Let’s write

1) Listen and circle ay or y.

2) Fill in the blanks with ay or y.

3) Listen and write down the words. 4) Listen and write down the words. 5) Write down the words with ay or y as many as you can. 6) Make your own chant.

教学反思:

这次公开课的课型是语音课,教学目标是运用ay和y的发音做到见词能拼,听音能写。

课前的问答,开始输入ay和y的单词。接下来通过一篇短文章在语境中输入更多的带有ay和y的单词,通过多样的拼读环节让学生能够在拼读足量的词语学习和运用ay和y的发音。

此后通过大量的有梯度的拼写练习,让学生能够进一步巩固听音能写的能力。但是,因为写的环节过多,导致了课出现了头重脚轻的感觉,略失平衡。而开始的短文章是很好的材料,但是却过的比较匆忙,可将文章利用起来,设置更多的任务,将难点提前击破。
