Employ task-based learning mode, and get the students to learn basic sentence patterns by listening and practicing. 六．教学过程

Step 1 Lead-in 1 Ss watch a video and answer two questions. Q1: What are they doing? Q2: What are in the noodles? 2 T invites students to show their answers. (设计意图：通过动画小视频引出本节课的主题，激发学生的兴趣。) Step 2 Learning new words T: This is my friend’s noodle house. There are all kinds of noodles in it. I ‘d like noodles with some food. 1.

Show some pictures about food on the screen and learn new

words.

vegetables meat (设计意图：利用图片，分类学习新单词，形象生动，有利于学生当堂记忆词汇。) 2. A game: When you see it ,say it out. 3. Ss finish 1a by matching the words with the food. Step 3 Learning new sentences 1.

Pair work (1) T invites one student to do an example: T: I’d like carrots. What would you like? S1: I’d like ... (2) Ss ask their partners one by one. （设计意图：用单词引出句型，操练第一个句型结构。）

Present three kinds of noodles and listening (1)

Before listening T: There are three specials in my friend’s house of noodles. Let’s learn what they are. Then show the special 1；beef and tomato noodles T: There are some beef in the noodles. There are some tomatoes in the noodles. So they are...... Ss: They are beef and tomato noodles. (show special 2 as the same way)

Show special 3 : mutton, potato and carrot noodles. T: Are there any vegetables in the mutton noodles? Ss: Yes, there are some potatoes and carrots. T: So they are... Ss: They are mutton, potato and carrot noodles. T:So, there are three specials of noodles.They are beef and tomato noodles,chicken and cabbage noodles,and mutton, potato and carrot noodles. (2)

Listening (1b) T: who is he? Ss: Yao Ming. T: Now, listen what kind of noodles would he like?  Invite students to say the answer. (设计意图：呈现本节课的重点知识，为下面的对话做铺垫。) (3)

Pair work:  T invites one student to do an example: T: What kind of noodles would you like? S1: I’d like …

 Ss ask their partners one by one. (设计意图：操练本节课的第二个目标句型。) 3.

Present three sizes bowl of noodles and listening (1)

T: There are three bowls.

Now, I am hungry, I’d like a ______ bowl. Now, he is a little hungry, he’d like a _______bowl. Now, they are not very hungry, they’d like a ______ bowl. (设计意图：引出尺寸：大中小) (2) Pair work  T invites students to do an example: T: What size bowl would you like? S1: I’d like a…bowl.  Ss ask their partners one by one. (设计意图：引出第三个句型结构，为听力做铺垫。) (3) Listen to 2a and 2b Introduce the listening background: A boy and a girl are in a noodle house. They order some food. .Now, listen and check the words you hear.  Ss listen to 2a and check the answers.  Look at four sentences and guess the answers. Then listen to 2b and write the answers. （设计意图：对学生进行听力技巧指导，培养学生的听力技能。）

Step 4 Group work 1. T invites two students to make a conversation like this: A is the waiter and others are the customers. A: Good afternoon,. Can I help you? B/C: Yes, please. We’d like some noodles. A: What kind of noodles would you like? B: I’d like…. A: How about you?

C: I’d like …

A: What size bowl would you like? B: I’d like a .. bowl. And you? C: I’d like a .. bowl. A: Waiter a minute. B/C: Ok. (设计意图：让学生表演，在真实的语境中去体会句子的用法，活学活用，整合知识) Step7 Summary 1. Lead students to make a summary about this class. 2. Homework: (1)Write a short conversation to order some food you would like in a restaurant. (2) Make a bowl of noodles for your parents. 板书设计：
