教学设计

1、教学目标:

(一)知识目标

1)学习新单词concert, Chinese music, instrument ,violin, guitar.

2)学习新句型

What did dad play?

What did mum play?

Dad played the erhu. Mum played the pipa.

(二)技能目标

1)学会描述过去发生的事件。

2)学会用英语正确表达“演奏某种乐器”。

(三)情感目标

1)通过谈论中国音乐会和中国乐器,对孩子们进行爱国主义教育。

2)提高学生欣赏中国乐曲的能力。

2、内容分析:

本单元的内容以谈论过去进行的音乐会为主线,学习动词的过去式,学会正确表达“演奏某种乐器”。

3、学情分析:

小学四年级的学生已经具有较强的英语学习能力,已经学习了一般过去时的表达。同时,大多数孩子养成了良好的听说习惯,能够自觉预习、复习课文。

play在球类和乐器前的用法,从学生在前几册学习的球类运动词组入手,采用归类法,引导学生发现规律:乐器前面一定加the,球类前不需要加the。

四、教学反思

这节课的教学主题是音乐会(concert),本教学设计从学生的实际生活和教师的真实生活着手,引导学生学会谈论过去发生的事情,掌握“演奏某种乐器”的表达方式。同时,注重音乐学科和英语学科的整合,把音乐元素巧妙融入课堂教学之中,引导孩子们走近中国民乐和高雅音乐会。

1.学科整合,知识整合

针对本篇对话的内容,我将音乐元素融入英语学习之中,在新授、巩固和拓展环节中均有体现,进行学科整合的有效探索。在学习新单词violin, guitar 时,请孩子们听音乐猜猜是哪种乐器演奏的,在轻松地学习气氛中,让孩子们欣赏到各种乐器演奏的名曲。最后送一句有关音乐的英语名言”热爱音乐,热爱你的生活!”

(Love music, live your life!)给孩子们,引导学生学会体味音乐在人们生活中的重要性。

2.归类记忆,渗透学习方法

我们常说,授之以鱼不如授之以渔。在英语课堂教学中,教师教给学生英语学习方法是十分必要的。本教学设计重点向孩子们推荐了归类记忆法,帮助他们梳理所学的英语知识。例如,在新授环节,学习完新单词erhu, pipa ,violin,pipa之后,将中国乐器和西洋乐器进行了归类,集中复习乐器类单词和相关表达方式。在巩固环节,将球类运动归类记忆,并引导学生将“进行球类运动”对比“演奏乐器”的表达,让学生自己发现其中的学习规律。
