【课题名称】Unit 12 The Spring Festival. 【授课类型】阅读课

【学情分析】通过课文A、B部分的学习，同学们已经掌握了春节相关的活动，部分同学需要巩固词汇和句型。

【教学目标】

1、巩固B部分词汇，能够听、说、认读单词Lunar New Year，wish，happiness。

2、能理解Part D的内容并完成练习。

3、能运用”What do you do during the Spring Festival?”，”Do you...?”，”I/We...”谈了春节的习俗。

4、能够理解父母亲人的辛劳，学会承担，做力所能及的事情，共同享受春节团圆好时光。

【教学方式】讲授，游戏，小组讨论等。

【教学用具】多媒体课件、实物、卡片

【教学重点】掌握新单词，能够运用相关句型谈论春节。

【教学难点】在谈论春节中感受到父母亲人的不易，学会承担，做力所能及的事情。

【教学过程】

Step 1 Greetings and leading-in 1、师生问候。

T: Hello,boys and girls. Nice to see you.

Ss: ... T: On a festival, we greet like these:

Happy new year /Best wishes for you/Wish you happiness Wish you have a good health/（引导学生理解wish，happiness）

Wish you have a lot of money Ss: ...（拿出红包，引导学生说出“恭喜发财，红包拿来。”）

2、故事导入。

T:We know the Spring Festival, do you know the story about it?

OK, Let’s see together.（播放视频，老师边适时解说）

T: It’s a story about the Spring Festival, and It’s a story of ___. Ss: It’s a story of Nian. （如果学生不会，引导学生说出妖怪的名字）

T: Is everyone afraid of Nian?

Ss:... T: What do people do at first?

Ss: People close all their doors and windows T: What do people do at last?

Ss: People put red paper on the doors, windows and walls.（教师贴剪纸，教授paper-cuts）

【设计意图】正常的greetings后引入春节的问候语，通过实物红包引出“恭喜发财，红包拿来。”提高学生的学习兴趣，马上和学生一起观看《年的故事》，了解春节的传说。教师利用问题引导学生重温故事，并教授paper-cuts，为后面的free talk和拓展提前预热，让学生能够说出春节更多相关的事情。

1. Free Talk T: What do we do on the Spring Festival?

Ss: ...（单词、词组、句型均可，依据学生的程度进行引导，教师边板书）

2、进入文章学习

T: We do many things on the Spring Festival, and what do people do

in the passage? Let’s learn together.

（1）听录音，选出与文章相符的事情

（2）阅读文章，回答问题，并判断正误

T: What’s the other name of the Spring Festival? Ss: The Lunar New year.（PPT展示公历新年和农历新年）

（3）小组合作阅读文章，抓关键字。

【设计意图】Free Talk环节让不同程度学生进行展示，适时拓展词汇，

再由板书进行词汇句型的复习，降低阅读教学的难度，提高学生积极性以及课堂参与率。在阅读教学环节采取三步走程序：一听知大意；二读抠细节；三读学策略。循序渐进，让学生提高自己的阅读能力。

Step3 Exploration 1、观看视频，感受春节氛围，说说自己春节做了什么。

T: We do a lot of things during the Spring Festival, what do you do?

Do you wash the vegetables? Do you cook a meal?

2、教师示范后，小组简短讨论父母春节做了什么。

T: My mother cooks a meal for the reunion dinner, and my father cleans the house. What about your parents? 3、易地而处，假设你是父母，你会做什么？

T: If you were your parents, what would you do?

【设计意图】观看视频，感受春节的氛围，运用C部分句型说一说自己都做了些什么，再说说父母又做了什么，进而假设自己是父母，需要做什么，层层推进，有利于学生把所学知识运用到实际生活，真正达到“学以致用”的目的，同时也顺其自然引出情感教育主旨。

Step4 Emotional Teaching

1、情感升华

T: Our parents spent a lot of time doing many things for the Spring Festival. Are they tired?

Ss: ... T: Remember to say thank you to your parents and relatives. The most 4

important thing is do things as you can. 2、Happy new year song 【设计意图】在英语课堂教学中融入情感态度价值观教育，进行情感升华，春节是一家团圆的好时光，我们在享受春节的时候，不要忘记为团圆好时光默默付出的父母亲人，能够理解父母亲人的辛劳，学会承担，做力所能及的事情，共同享受春节团圆好时光。并用新年好歌曲结尾，表达大家对新年的希望。

Look and read（复习D部分，并且阅读更多有关春节习俗的文章）

2、Try to write it down, if you can. （根据讨论，写一写你一家的春节）

【设计意图】朗读课文，能够让学生更熟悉词汇与句型，有助于语言表达能力的提高。作业设计针对学生的不同学习程度有相应的要求：程度稍差的同学尽量按照课堂上的完成作业，程度较好的同学则可以对以前学过或者是自己了解的进行补充。让学生根据自己的学习程度自主选择难度不同的作业，可以让各类学生都成为热情的参与者，有能力的参与者，契合小学生的心理特点，使学生不再把作业当成负担，能够较为主动的完成作业。
