Step 1.Warming up 1.
Greetings. 2.
Ask and answer, such as “What’s the weather like today?”
“What day is it today?”
Step 2 Revision Revise some kinds of food by showing them the PPT. Step 3
Presentation

Teach the new words “water, soup, vegetables, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tomato, potato
by showing them the PPT. Ss read the
new words after me in the way of phonics. Explain, the plural forms of tomato,potato, we should add –es, they are tomatoes and potatoes. Write down “have
breakfast/ lunch,/ dinner

Step 4
Practise 1.
Play the game “Magic eyes”. Ss look at the new words on the screen for several seconds, then tell us which word disappeared one by one. Find out which group is the winner. 2.
Play the game “Just trains”. Ss read all the new words on the screen one group by one group, find out which group did best. Step 5
Pair work and group work
Ss try to ask about others’
require politely, using the
real things on the desk or the pictures on the screen. Then ask some pairs to act it out. Next, Ss read the conversations on the PPT

Ss watch the video of Part A twice. Then listen and say. One group by one group, find out which group did best. Step 7
Homework 1.
Copy the words in Part B for 5 times and recite them. 2.
