教材分析:
本课为四年级上册第二单元 A good friend 第二课时,
这主要是一堂关于“animals”的词汇学习,动物是学生熟悉的话题,也是学生比较感兴趣的话题,而词汇学习板块中呈现的动物词汇有的以前出现过的,如:lion, tiger, panda在一年级下册第一单元已经学过,leopard 在二年级上册第二单元已经学过,通过调查发现这些词汇大部分学生已经会认读。giraffe 只是在三年级下册语音学习部分出现过,大部分孩子基本忘记。所以本节课教学重点应该放在对于学生比较陌生的giraffe ,cow, sheep, kangaroo的学习以及让学生进一步说明词汇板块中的这些动物吃什么,住在哪里等习性,这样使词汇的学习与单元的主要内容结合起来,也就是结合本节课所学的动物词汇进一步巩固在前一课时所学新授句型。 学情分析:
本次课是在本校借班上课,该班的学生在三年的英语学习过程中已经逐渐养成了良好的英语学习***部分学生对英语还是比较感兴趣,并且已经具备一定的英语学习基础和学习能力。而在三年的英语学习过程中已经学过一些动物词汇,如bird, monkey, elephant, frog, fish, crocodile, dog, cat, panda,rabbit等,但是对于giraffe ,cow, sheep, kangaroo比较陌生,而这些动物的习性,学生在生活中和通过其他学科的学习有一定的了解,但是
并不会用英语进行表达。

能跟随录音,演唱歌曲

能把今天所学动物进行归类。

设计动物园情景,学生非常熟悉的地方,也是学生非常喜欢的地方,与学生的生活紧密联系。
从学生已经学过的四个动物入手,体现了从已知到未知。

让学生选择自己喜欢的动物做ID卡,可以激发学生的积极思考去完成
