What was his activity in the morning ? What is his activity now? Step2Grammar learning. 1.

Observation：

What is he/she doing ? What are they/you doing ? Summary：usages and instructure . 2. V –ing form of different words. 3. Discuss in pairs to write down the rules of –ing forms and different sentences forms. 4.Check them with the answer and give remarks to yourself. Step3 Using the grammar to get detailed points. 1.Invite a student to mime and ask them to answer :what is he doing ? 2.Present some mistaken sentences to tell them some words can’t be used in this tense.

3.Find the mistakes according to the rules and correct them. Pay attention to the words what can be used in this tense.
