Ⅱ. Text analysis:

The text is

about how we turn our hobbies into our careers.. From the text, students are expected to know if they enjoy what they do, they will achieve their dreams and can turn their hobbies into their careers. Besides, in the coming final term exam, students should know how to put words in the right forms. And they have some difficulty in making sentences with the right forms of some words, especially verbs.

so students should know how to use verbs correctly as well as express what we are interested in doing .

Ⅲ. Student analysis: Firstly, students in Junior One tend to be active and are willing to explore the unknown knowledge. However, they may not be used to working in groups and completing tasks in English, so I will organize the lesson in English and design some exercises that should be done in groups. Secondly, most students have their hobbies so they are regarded as a familiar topic to the Junior One students, which students have already learned roughly in their primary schools. However, they may only use some words to talk about their hobbies without knowing how to talk about them correctly. In this case, this lesson is trying to help students have a better understanding of how to talk about their hobbies in a correct way.

本课围绕着爱好和职业这个话题语境，设计各种层次的教学活动，引导学生能用所给动词的正确形式完成句子。

本节课围绕着一个爱好和职业这个话题语境，通过阅读、讨论等各种多摹态的语言输入输出形式，引导学生能用所给动词的正确形式完成句子: (1) 动词做主语时，使用动词的ing形式；

（2）动词ing形式做主语时，算第三人称单数；

（3）一般现在时中，主语为第三人称单数时，谓语动词用does形式；

老师精心设计了各种层次的教学活动，以学生为中心，引导不同英语程度的学生通过合作、讨论、归纳等各种学习形式，运用所学习的英语来做事情、解决问题，learn by doing/using，使枯燥的语法学习项目变得简单有趣。老师鼓励学生观察句子，归纳出语法规则。并利用语法规则完成练习。整节课环节紧凑，由浅入深。老师

任现职以来，尤其是任英语科组长以来，本人致力于培养青年教师。

（1）2013年，指导刘枫华老师执教广州市七年级公开课“形容词比较等级”。

（2）2015年，推荐刘敏玲、周孟丽等加入市区级课题组《基于语料库的中学英语教材词汇衔接度研究》课题组，指导其增强科研能力。

（3）组织了何永耀、叶颜斐、邓艳辉、刘枫华等教师参加《广州中考2017高分突破》和《中考英语考点过关达标精练精测》的编订和校对工作

（4）2018年本人向教研员推荐刘枫华担任越秀区初一英语学科中心组成员。
