教学内容

本课时是外研版小学英语六年级下册Module3unit1The sun is shining.这一单元的第二部分是以书信的形式来展现课文的，再配以照片来描述重点句型，教师可在教授句型的同时，向学生展示英语书信的格式。

教学目标

新英语课程标准指出，基础教学阶英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。而综合语言运用能力又以学生的语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面的综合素养为基础。

基于以上认识及本课的特点，我将教学目标确定为：

知识目标：

听说认读单词：shine,cry,everyone,fly away,just以及学会运用现在进行时句型，例如：What is he/she doing? What are they doing?.等。

2、能力目标

（1）能了解动词的现在分词（即ing形式），并能运用到现在进行时中。

（2）能听懂理解课文的大致内容，能回答教师的问题。

（3）能运用本课所学习的内容进行表演或在创作.

3、情感目标 图片/图片上的内容都来自于生活实际中，通过学习培养学生热爱生活，拥抱大自然的积极情感。

教学重难点：现在进行时的结构和分词的构成

教学准备： P教学过程： Step 1、Warming-up（2minutes） 1. Greetings 2.Lead-in T:What’s the weather like today?

S:It’s sunny. T:Well,the sun is shining .教读shining.Today we are going to lean Module3 Unit 1 The sun is shining.(板书课题)

Step 2、 presentation . 1.Now,look at this pictuer. It’s about a dog and a bird.

The bird is fiying and the dog is crying.Why the dog is crying?Let’s listen to the tape and think about this question(OK).

S:Because the bird took the dog’s bone .So the dog is crying.

OK!Now show me you hands Let’s say a chant together.(出示本课第一部分的chant) 2.

教师展示图片 Look at this pictrue. I ask you answer .What is he/she doing? He/she is drawing/cooking/dancing.What are they doing?They are running/swimming.教读新词和句型并板书。

Look at this pictrue. ask students to underline the new words with "ing".For example :sending ,shining,singing and so on. 4.

请看这些含有“ing”词语的句子，请同学们找出这些句子的共同点，最后由老师总结：Be+动词的ing，表示正在发生的动作或发生的事情。然后鼓励学生运用这样的句型来描述正在发生的事情。

For example :I'm looking at the blackboard. I am listening to you .I'm reading.
