《what are you going to do? 》第四课时教学设计 依兰县第五小学 杨

一、教材分析:本课的内容主要是谈论职业,通过本课的学习,让学生学会谈论身边人的各种职业以及他们工作的地方。
二、学生分析:本单元内容贴近学生的生活和学习实际,学生都知道自己父母及家人的职业,所以学生在接受这一课内容是没有问题的。教学中分别为不同层面的学生设计了学习任务,让他们都能享受到用英语做事情的乐趣。
三、设计思路:本堂课采用任务型教学途径,这种途径是以应用为动力,以应用为目的,以应用为核心(为用而学,用中学,学了用)的教学途径。任务型教学是一种以人为本的,能体现语言价值的,先进的、有效的教学途径。学生带着任务学习,在完成任务的过程中逐渐生成知识,形成技能。本课将通过任务型教学,努力达到课堂活动目的。
四、教学目标
:
1、学会使用下列句型谈论职业
What does he do? What is he? What’s his job?
What does your father/ mother do?
2、学会谈论他们工作的地方
Where does he/she works? 3、在活动中自我锻炼和培养,提高听、说、读、写等方面的能力
五、教学流程:
Step 1 Greetings
T:Hello boys and girls.How are you today? S:I'm fine,thanks and you? T:I'm fine,too. What's the weather like today? S:It's sunny.(简单的师生问候有助于拉近师生间的距离)
Step 2 Warm up
T:Magic boys and magic girls,let's have a warm up. Ready? Go. S:left go,right go,left left go go,right right go go,left right left right go go go go . T:Great sit down.(热身时课堂教学的重要形式之一,我采用TPR律动进行热身,这样不但能够缓解学生课前的紧张情绪,还能够激发学生学习英语的兴趣,为接下来的课堂营造了浓烈的气氛。)
Step 3 Revision
T:Today we'll have a match, for this match we'll divided into three groups.if you do it better,you can get one grape,are you clear?Now let's review some words we have learned before. S: nurse teacher driver farmer dancer cook Father mother uncle aunt brother sister (用闪卡和抢答的方式进行,这个过程放在新课前起到一个温故而知新的作用,为新知识的出现做铺垫,以旧带新可以使学生比较轻松的掌握新知识,同时宣布本节课的学习方式以小组竞赛的方式进行,将本班分成3个小组,按每个学生的课堂表现为本组加葡萄,最后选出获胜者。)

T:Yes,we call him astronaut,he works in the spaceship.(大小声游戏练习)
T:He cuts hair for us,who is he? S:理发师
T:Yes,we call him barber.he works in the barbershop.look at this picture,is she a barber? He is a hairdresser,she works in the barbershop too. S:女理发师(高低声游戏练习) T:He makes clothes for us,who is she? S:裁缝
T:We call her tailor,she works in the Clothing store. Now guess he helps sick people with toothache,who is she? S:牙医(拍手用速度练习)
T:We call her dentist,she works in the hospital.(给学生2分钟练习时间,然后找一名学生到前面做动作,其他同学猜单词,这样能够培养他们的想象力和表演能力也提高了同学之间的合作能力。)
(在新词教学这个环节,我运用了游戏.表情.动作模仿等直观的教学法进行学习,在教单词时配上相应的动作及表情,使学生动起来,融入到动手
动脑的英语中学习,同时我还设计了几个小游戏,这样学习单词不但能使学生乐于参与其中,在玩中学,在学中玩,还能够巩固知识,使学生学的愉快老师教的轻松。)

He/she is a farmer.

He/she works in the farm. (听磁带,训练和培养学生的听力能力。然后给时间进行练习,教师指着职业工作的单词提问,学生回答,或者是男生问女生答进行操练,这样可以训练学生的英语思维,同时又训练了他们的口语表达能力。)

(语言学习的最终目的是为了运用,所以创设真实的或模拟真实的情境十分重要,应为在自然的语境中所说的语言才能体现出它的功能。)

(单靠课堂40分钟来提高学生的阅读能力是不够的。因此布置相应的拓展任务是有效的途径之一。课外教学拓展的句型内容与课堂上的句型内容紧紧相扣,既能培养学生的阅读与写作能力,而且还能为下一节的总结课做好铺垫。)
