教学内容：Unit6 Christmas（Let’s learn） 学情分析：本单元位于全册书第六单元，属于中期往后的知识部分，学生具备简单的英语交流能力，而且圣诞节是学生较为关心和感兴趣的话题，对于圣诞节学生也有基本的认识。通过本单元的知识学习，使学生能够用英文对圣诞节常出现的事物进行表达，能够在圣诞节会互致问好，能够简单描述一个东西所在的位置，对圣诞节的习俗有一个基本的了解。

教学目标：1.会读会认单词in,on,under,present,bell,star,tree. 2.用装扮圣诞树的主题导入情景，以学生边装扮边说形式，能够用Put the... in/on/under the...句型描述某一样东西的位置。

3.简单了解关于圣诞节的文化知识。

教学重点：1.单词的认读及发音。

2.会用Put the... in/on/under the...句型描述某一样东西的位置。

教学难点：1.单词present的发音。

2.句子 Put the... in/on/under the...的流利表述。

教学过程：

一、Warming-up 1.Listen to a song “We wish you a merry Christmas!We wish you a merry Christmas! We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year!...”

Let students watch the video and try to sing with the video. T:Do you love this song? This song is about Christmas,today we’re going to talk about the Christmas. 设计意图：通过观看圣诞节视频儿歌进行热身活动，使学生能够迅速进入到英文学习氛围，同时将学生带入圣诞节情景内，为接下来的教学做铺垫。

二、Lead-in 1. Teacher lets students watch the video and shows some pictures of the Christmas. Then teacher tells something about Christmas.

“On December 25.This day is a western New Year. On this day, most people will buy a Christmas tree and leave it at home. People will buy some bells, stars, little balls , different colours of the lights or something else to dress up the Christmas tree. People will say“Merry Christmas”to each other on this day to celebrate the New Year. Children feel very happy on this day, too. Because they receive a present from Father Christmas. Actually, their father dressed up as Father Christmas to give the present to their children. They want their children to spend this day happily. People will also eat many delicious food on this day. Do you love this Festival?”

T: After listening the story, I have three questions. Q1: When is Christmas? (December 25th) Q2: What will you say to greet people on Christmas? (Merry Christmas) Q3: Why children feel so happy on this day? (receive a present) 设计意图：以图片及简单英文句子来介绍一些圣诞节的习俗，让学生脑海里对圣诞节有初步认识，同时将一些新学单词放置于故事内，让学生对即将新学的知识有一个初步感知。

三、Presentation &practice 1.

T: Do you want a present? Now I have a present here, let’s see which group can firstly get the present? 设计意图：通过单词present引入本节课评价机制，将评价机制与课堂内

相结合，进一步激发学生的学习兴趣。

T shows a “Christmas tree” and says “Today I prepare a Christmas tree, too. Everybody look, this is a tree”.Let students read “tree” several times. T: Now I want to make this tree more beautiful. Here are some “stars” ,“bells”, little“balls” little “bags” and to dress up this tree. Everybody look, what do you think we should put on the tree. Let students try to answer the‘star’and read the word several times. th

T: Who can help me put the star on the tree? T says twice then let students try to read several times. T: What else can we put on the tree? Can I put this on the tree? T shows the “bell” and asks “What’ this?” Let students try to answer and read the word several times. T: Who can help me put the bell on the tree? T says twice then let students try to read several times. T: Can I put the little bag on the tree? “Yes!”

“oh, look! What’s in the bag? ”

“It’s a… .”

T: Who can help me put the bell in the bag? Then put the bag on the tree. T says twice then let students try to read several times. T: Everybody looks,What’s this? Ss: 礼物/present. Let students read the word several times. T writes down the word on the blackboard. Let students say each sound of letters and finally say the word. Take a practice “Train, train, train, go, go, go!”

T uses the sentence “It’s a.../This is a...”Let students try to fill in the blanks. Then T shows some beautiful presents and asks students“Where should I put the present? Can I put the present on the tree?”

“No!”Then teach the word “under”. Let students practice the sentence “Put the present under the tree.”

3.Listen to the video and read the words after the video. 设计意图：教师准备一棵圣诞树，以为圣诞树装扮为主线，引入单词tree, bell, star的学习，同时又将装饰物放在什么地方，引入单词in, on, under三个介词的学习。

四、Consolidation 1. Review the words and sentences. T: Look! This is a . (tree) T

Let students do a pair work. T prepares a tree, some stars, some bells, some balls and some bags and stick them on the blackboard. Let four students is a group, let them try to use the sentence “We put the …in\on\under the tree.” to dress up the Christmas tree. 设计意图：通过书面填空练习让学生复习新学单词同时放入句子中进行应用，让四人一组练习句子装扮圣诞树，培养学表达能力和想象力的同时，将新学的单词和句子进一步进行巩固练习。

五、Homework 1.完成一起作业

2.自己绘制一课圣诞树，并用句型I put the… in\on\under the tree.描绘自己所画圣诞树给爸爸妈妈听。
