Date: 2012-3-26 一、单元教学任务分析

牛津英语2BM2U3的教学主题是Animals I like,教材希望学生通过学习能够掌握如giraffe,elephant,snakes,zebra等和动物相关的词汇,同时能运用句型What are they? They are…对事物进行询问。由于在之前的教材和学习中出现过形容词如big,fat,strong等，名词如grass,frog等词汇，所以教师根据本单元主题对教学内容进行了新旧知识的整合，从学生的实际情况出发，着重关注学生在阅读及思维能力方面的培养。

二、学情分析

本次教学对象为二（2）班学生，人数为35人。该班学生聪明好学，善于思考、乐于表达，并与教师之间形成了良好的默契。在之前的学习过程中，他们已经学会形容词如big,fat,strong等，名词如grass,frog等词汇,并且通过一年半的学习打下了较好的语言基础。

三、单元教学目标

根据学生已具备的语言知识和语言技能，结合学生的生活实际，期望学生通过本单元的学习后，能掌握词汇giraffe,elephant,snakes,zebra等和句型What are they? They are…等。并能够在教师创设的故事情境和生活场景中整合新旧知识，灵活运用所学，同时培养学生的思维能力和语言学习能力。

能正确朗读、理解、运用新授单词和句型。通过教师的引导能够阅读并理解故事，运用所学文本进行相关的对话练习。

针对不同动物的特征进行相关描述和介绍。

通过发生在动物园玩具商店里的对话让学生感受购物以及表达自己喜好的交流，并对不同动物的特征有进一步的了解。

五、本课时教学目标

1、在故事情境中能够学习并运用单词：giraffe,elephant,snake。初步感知单词：neck,trunk,leg。

2、能够整合新旧知识，尝试根据动物的特征进行描述。

3、通过参与课堂活动，激发对英语学习的兴趣，发展语言和思维能力。

Ss learn the word ‘leg’. 3.Ss listen and fill in the blanks. 4. Ss introduce snake with given pattern. Purpose 通过回顾上一堂课的内容复习旧知，引出今天的话题并为后续学习作语言铺垫。

情境导入，通过设置多元化的课堂教学活动帮助学生掌握新授单词，并通过问答形式聚焦长颈鹿的外形等特征。

通过情境的创设和问答等形式鼓励学生运用所学语言，并通过Read and remember的环节来训练学生的语篇阅读以及记忆能力。

通过视听等形式来训练学生各方面的语言技能，逐渐放手让学生们能够通过自己的归纳和总结进行对动物的描述。
