【教学目标】

1、知识目标：

1）能熟练掌握以下单词：allow, wrong. 2）能正确使用以下常用短语：What’s wrong? too much, too many, get into a fight with sb, allow sb to do sth, be good at doing. 3)能熟练掌握并使用下列重点句式：

4)What’s wrong? Why don’t you...? You should/could... 2、能力目标：

通过听说训练，学会谈论问题并给出相应建议注意连词的使用。

3、情感目标：

通过本课的学习，培养学生良好的合作意识，鼓励学生大胆表达自己的想法和意愿，并能正确认识生活中的一些困难，并乐于找到解决的合理办法，建立开朗健康的人格。

【教学重难点】

Talk about the problems and give advice. 【教学过程】

Step 1：Warming-up and Leading-in Watch a short piece of news. T: What are they talking about ? S: Problems. Sleep problem. They don’t have enough sleep. T: Everyone has his own problems.Do you have such problems?What problems do you have? 【设计意图：通过播报一则新闻导入，从而引发网友们的热议。这则新闻意在说明当代中小学生课业负担沉重，压力与烦恼日益增多，由此顺理成章的导入新课.】

Step 2:Presentation 1a Let’s play a game: It’s me! 【设计意图：通过It’s me!这个游戏来呈现1a中的五个问题，对于比较长的句子可以先进行分解，由易入难，便于学生掌握。呈现完毕之后，让学生进行速记，之后再通过图片进行检查，通过不断的诵读记忆，让学生将这几个问题的表述朗朗上口。】

Step 3：Listening Task1 Listen and circle the problems you hear in 1a. Task2 Listen and fill in the blanks. Can you tell me how to give advice? Have a try!Give your advice! 【设计意图：对2b的处理设计了两个任务任务一是让学生在熟读这五个问题的基础上听听力，圈出听到的问题，任务二是让学生填出给出建议的句型Why don’t you...?/You should...以此让学生自己总结如何提建议,之后为学生设置情景，让学生根据刚刚总结的给出建议的方式来针对给出问题提出自己的建议。】

Step 4：Pairwork A: What’s wrong? /What’s the matter? B: I’m really tied because I studied until midnight last night...... A: Why don’t you go to sleep earlier this evening? B: That’s a good idea. 【设计意图：选择几组学生进行展示，最大限度开发他们的记忆力，将重点句型、字词搭配内化为自己的知识，能够在以后的交流中才能脱口而出。】

Step 5：Listening 2a 2b T: Peter has some problems. What advice does his friend give him? Fill in the blanks with could or should. Task1. Let Ss read the sentences in 2a.Listen and write the words in the blank. 【设计意图：让学生先将给出的建议读熟，并重点强调could和should的发音，为之后的听力做好铺垫。】

Task2.Listen again and write the letters next to the advice in 2a. T:Peter doesn’t like this advice,Why? 2. Play the recording for the Ss to write the letters (a-e) next to the advice in 2a. 3. Check the answers like this: A:I think you should write him a letter. B:But I’m not good at writing. A:Then you could... B:But... 【设计意图：核对本部分的听力答案时，采用对话的形式，这既给了学生再次练习目标语言的机会，同时又为之后的分角色朗读做了示范。】

Step 6：Groupwork： Try to be an expert. A:Hello expert!We have some problems,Could you please give us advice? E:Yes sure!What's wrong? A:I.....What should I do? E:I think you should/could/....Why don' t you...? B:I... E:... 【设计意图：学以致用，让学生用自己本节课所学的内容来交流生活中实际存在的各种问题并对朋友们的问题提出合理化的建议，让学生将所学的内容应用到实际生活当中。】

Step 7：Summary New words and phrases: allow sb. to do sth. Talk about problems: 1.What's the matter with ...? 2.What's wrong with ...? Give advice: 1.You should... 2.You could...

3.Why don’t you...? 【设计意图：通过归纳总结，让学生回顾本节课所学内容。】

Step 8:Homework Share your problems and give advice with your friends by using this conversation. A: I have too many after-school classes. What should I do? B: Why don't you /not… 【设计意图：让学生在课后和朋友同学一起继续分享谈论自己生活中的实际问题，既能巩固本节课的目标语言，同时又能培养学生关心他人，提出合理建议的品质。】
