一.教学内容:五下

Review 1 Reading and writing.

二.学情分析:

学生在前三个单元已经学会了将来时态be going to的表达方式,也掌握了如何做计划的方式以及词汇,并知道计划的几个相关问题,在这节课前已经预习本篇阅读内容,也尝试着去提出问题和解决问题,他们将会在课堂上展示他们预习情况,充分体现“教师引导,学生主体”学习方式,大大调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生学习力。

三. 教学目标:

1. The students will be able to understand the reading materials.

2. The students will be able to get the main idea of Laura’s vacation plan from the reading. 3. The Students will be able to use the main sentences to repeat Laura’s vacation plan.

4. The students will be able to talk about how to make a vacation plan by the Mind- map. 5. The students will be able to know how to share their vacation plan and classmates’ vacation plans.

6. The students will able to get to know more about Australia.

四.教学重难点:

通过阅读从文章中获取和处理关于Laura’s vacation plan的主要信息;能制作并描述自己的假期计划,并了解同学的假期计划;

五.教学过程:

Teaching Procedure Step 1 Pre-reading 1. Sing a song < We’re going ….> and talk about weekend plans 2.Talk about vacation plan to lead in to show Debbie and Laura Step 2 While-reading 1.

Read and choose what the text is about. 2.

Read the passage about where Laura is going. -- Read the passage and underline the key words according to the questions; -- Watch the video about Australia. -- Read and underline the key words about how she is going. 3.

Read the passage and ask some questions about Laura’s vacation plan, and share in a group.

Such as: Where is she going to stay? What is she going to do there? How is she going to feel? When is she going to go? 4.

Explain the phrase “something about students can not understand” such as “

lots of/ That’s great.”

5.

Listen and read the passage. 6.

Read again and retell Laura’s vacation plan by mind map. 7.

Think about “Do you like Laura’s vacation plan? Why?”

Step 3 Post-reading 1.

Make our summer vacation plan by Mind map. 2.

Talk about our summer vacation plan and share all together. 3.

Summary (小结)

Step 4. Homework

1. Write and share your vacation plan with your family. 2. Finish all the exercise on P41. 附:学生导学单
