本课教学后记

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系、不可分割的。学生对

学习英语缺乏自信心和学习动力，在英语课堂上不积极参与，缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言，另外相当一部分学生在听新课时跟不上老师的节奏或不能理解教师相对较快的指示语。因此，在教学设计中药充分为学而教，以学生如何有效获取知识，提高能力的标准来设计教学。在教学中既要备学生又要备教法。多鼓励学生开口说英语，并且能及时地表扬他们。
