Unit 5 My Favorite Activities

教学目标:1. 学会V ocabulary 的4个表示频率的词语以及4个动词短语。

2.学习Target,学习句型How often do you ……?

学情分析:五年级的学生有一定的英语基础,大部分学生能够认真听讲,积极参与课堂,但有部分学生学习目标不明确,上课不爱举手回答问题。

教学内容分析:这一课时主要学习单词once ,twice,three times,often, go fishing,go hiking ,go ice-skating以及go swimming.句型How often do you go ……? I go …… about …… a week/month/year.

教学重点:学生能听、说、认读和写出once ,twice,three times,often,go fishing,go hiking ,go ice-skating以及go swimming。

教学难点:听、说、认读和写句子:How often do you go ……? I go …… about …… a week/month/year.

教具:PPT

教学过程:

一、课前检测

Can you translate it into Chinese?(你能翻译成中文吗?)翻译本课的8个单词。

二、课堂导入

通过师生的free talk,T:What sport do you like?S:I like...引出My Favorite Activities.

三、通过PPT展示图片,引出本单元的8个单词,举例子造句,从单词教学中穿插句型教学,How often do you...? I ...about...a week/month/year. 1.T: How often does the man go fishing?(引导学生回答)

S1:He goes fishing about once a week.

T:How often do you eat fish?(引导学生回答)

S2:He eats fish about once a month.

2. Listen to the tape.

3. Ss read after the tape.

4..Ss read together.

四、通过组长领读,小老师带读,pair work合作学习。

五、小组展示;1.Make a survey.What do you like doing? I like playing...How often do you ...? I ...about...a week/month/week.2.Do an interview. I am the reporter of focus today.What are you doing? I’m ... How often do you...?I ...about...a week/month/week.

六、Do some practices.

七、1.Write the new words two lines. Each line twice.
