2. 运用动词短语visit relatives/eat rice dumplings等描述春节人们常做什么,用
watch dragon boat races/eat rice dumplings等描述端午节的活动,以及look at the beautiful moon/eat mooncakes, climb mountains/visit old people/eat Double Ninth cakes等分别描述中秋节和重阳节人们的活动。

询问他人对传统节日的了解情况。

(二)技能目标:
1. 通过文本的学习,能听懂四大传统节日的名称以及时间和气候。
2. 通过文本的学习,能听懂每个节日里人们活动的动词短语的表达。

二. 过程与方法:
1.通过观看微博,与博主互动的形式来引出本课文本的学习,将(听、说、读)的学习方式贯穿其中,既吸引学生注意力,也使学生能有效掌握词汇和句型,并能灵活运用。
2.通过整体性的文本学习,掌握语段结构及新的语言知识,形成新的语段输出。

There are some traditional festivals in China. The Mid-autumn Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Double Ninth Festival and the Spring Festival are four among them.
The Dragon Boat Festival usually comes in May or June. The weather is hot, sunny or rainy. At the Dragon Boat Festival, people usually eat rice dumplings and watch dragon boat races. They enjoy the Dragon Boat Festival.
The Double Ninth Festival usually comes in October. The weather is cool and dry. At Double Ninth Festival, people often eat double-ninth cakes. They also climb mountains and visit old people. They enjoy the Double Ninth Festival. The Spring Festival is an important festival in China. It usually comes in January or February. The weather is cold and dry. People also call it the Chinese New Year. People buy new clothes and traditional food before the Spring Festival. On New Year’s Eve, families have a big dinner together at a restaurant or at home in the evening. They often eat dumplings. After dinner, children can get money in red envelopes. People also watch colourful fireworks at night. People visit their relatives and friends during the Spring Festival. They enjoy the Spring Festival. People enjoy festivals together.
