【教材及学情分析】
Unit2的主题是Sports, 教学重点是学生要学会对表示数字的单词, play football, play table tennis, play volleyball, play badminton, play basketball 等的认读,能正确运用句型Does...like... ( doing)? Yes, ... does. / No, ... doesn't.提问并来进行回答。运动是小朋友都非常喜欢的,很多学生在一到三年级就已经学会用运动的词汇了。但是鉴于主题限定,而四年级学生的词汇积累比较少,只能在以往学过的学科知识上适量拓展文本内容,所以在这课教学中教师必须敢于对教材进行新的探索与研究,同时还要对学生进行正确引导,调动其积极性,才能达到较好的学习效果。

Material 1
Miss Fang: Ben, what sports do you like? Do you like playing football? Ben: Yes, I do. I like playing football. Playing football is fun. Eddie: I like playing basketball. Playing basketball is fun. Miss Fang: Alice and Kitty, do you like playing football or basketball? Alice: No. We like playing table tennis and volleyball. They are our favourite sports. They are fun.
Kitty: Let’s join these clubs together.
Alice: OK.
Miss Fang: Tom, do you like playing volleyball?
Tom: No, I don’t. I like swimming and running. They make me healthy and strong.
Miss Fang: Enjoy yourselves.
Children: Thank you, Miss Fang.

Danny: Look at the poster, Peter. There’s a new club in our school. It’s a badminton club. Do you like playing badminton?
Peter: Yes, I do. It’s my favourite sport.
Danny: Me too. Let’s join the club together, then.
Peter: Great!
第二课时:
There are many sports clubs in Rainbow Primary School, such as the badminton club, the volleyball club and so on. Danny and Peter like playing badminton. Alice likes playing badminton too. They join the badminton club together. But Kitty doesn’t like it. She likes playing table tennis. She often plays table tennis with Jill. The sports clubs are so fun. They make the students healthy, strong and happy.

Our school is not very big. But there are many clubs in it, such as Painting Club, Singing Club and so on. Painting Club is fun. We draw many nice pictures there. Singing Club is interesting. We often sing English songs and Chinese songs. In Reading Club, we read a lot of books. Do you like these clubs?
