1. The teacher introduces the sentence pattern with the help
of the words learned before, like

It’s a cat. Is this a cat? No, it isn’t. Is this a cat? Yes, it is. 2. Use the pictures to learn the new words:
elephant , panda ,monkey, lion , tiger , rabbit, bird
四．Practice 1. The students practice reading the new words in pairs
and the teacher check the pronunciation 2. The students practice the sentence pattern and the new
words in groups 3. Act the dialogue in pairs
