Module 5 Unit 1 He is playing the suona, but the phone rings . 教学内容：

Words：play third time bark loudly Sentences：Daming is playing the suona,but the phone rings. Daming is playing the suona again,but the bell rings. Daming is playing the suona for the third time,but the dog starts to bark very loudly.

教学目标: 1、大多数同学能够听、说、读、写单词：Play, third, time, bark, loudly.

掌握单词play和time的运用。

2、大多数学生能够听懂并熟练掌握but引导的并列句：

Daming is playing the suona,but the phone rings. Daming is playing the suona again,but the bell rings. Daming is playing the suona for the third time,but the dog starts to bark very loudly. 3、能够运用but句型正确描述图片并在真实情景中交流运用。

4、朗读时能够把握句子的节奏和重读。

教学重难点：

重点：能够听懂并熟练掌握but引导的并列句。

难点;能够运用but句型正确描述图片并在真实情景中交流运用

教学设计：

Step 1 Warming up 大屏幕出示卡通图片，教师询问“what are they doing?”,学生回答“They are....”，将对话内容套入经典儿歌节奏，全班齐唱英文儿歌。

设计意图：以歌曲的形式在轻松活跃的气氛中复习现在进行时。

Step 2 lead in 观看课文活动1部分的动画flash，回答问题“what are the frogs doing?”，在学生回答中“They're singing and dancing.They're having a party.”引出“Daming is also having a party，Today is Daming’s birthday....”

设计意图：以看动画的形式将学生引入到正文当中，更能吸引学生的注意力。

Step 3 Presentation （1）带着问题“what is Daming doing?”观看课文flash整体感知课文内容，教师出示Daming 吹唢呐的图片引导学生回答“playing the suona.”，教师讲解单词“play”在语篇中的用法，引导学生回顾总结play的其它用法。

（2）听录音、跟读课文并填空，看看究竟发生了什么，进一步学习课文内容，教师教读单词“third,bark,loudly”并讲解单词“time”的用法，引导学生回顾总结time的其它用法。

（3）梳理和回顾课文内容，学生通过听录音的方式将课文内容排序。

（4）教师引导学生读一读重点句子并规范语音语调：

Daming is playing the suona,but the phone rings. Daming is playing the suona again,but the bell rings. Daming is playing the suona for the third time,but the dog starts to bark very loudly. 小组间进行pk读句子比赛。

引导学生观察句子并总结but引导的并列句的用法，教师作补充。

Step 4 Practise 以同桌为单位说一说、写一写，用but引导的并列句描述课文练习4部分的图片内容。

Step 5 Production-Team Show 四人一组完成如下场景复述：

1、三位同学设计并表演情景剧。

2、一位同学向全班同学用but引导的并列句型

描述表演的场景。

Step 6 Summing up 回顾本节课所学内容，齐读板书：
