Unit6 Whose dress is this? (Story time)

教学目标

1. 能初步听懂、会说、会读单词dress, trousers, party, gloves. 2. 能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型Whose ... is this/that? Whose ...are these/those? 并且会用It’s/They’re ...’s. 进行回答。

3. 能初步理解故事,运用有关服饰的词汇和句型进行对话。

教学重点

教学过程

Step1

Warm up 1、Review Nice clothes Look at my skirt. Look at my T-shirt. Loot at my cap and my jacket. They all look great/nice! 引入新单词:dress 2、Brain storm 给出:big、red、T-shirt 游戏规则:组内10秒钟思考时间,在20秒内尽量不要间断、不重复(声音响亮,每次只能说一个!)

【设计意图】课始的复习以及游戏能够快速集中学生的注意力,勾起对旧知识的回忆,同时训练学生的口语表达能力。

Presentation

1. T: They will go to the Fancy Dress Party. First, they should prepare for the party. They should wear different clothes. Do you remember any clothes?

S:

a jacket./a cap /a T-shirt/a skirt.

T: Yes, very good.look,What’s this?

S:a T-shirt引出单词shirt(男士衬衫) 2. Learn other clothes(让学生带一件衣服)

T: These clothes are very nice. Look at Miss Wang’s clothes. Is this a jacket?

S: No , it isn’t.

T: What’s this ? It’s a coat(教授coat)

T: Look at my coat. S: It’s beautiful.

T: Thank you. 3.(指着同学的毛衣)

T: Look at his clothes. Is this a coat? S: No. It isn’t.

T: Yes, it’s not a coat .Can you read this word? S: sweater T: Well done. It’s a sweater. How about this sweater? S: It’s nice.

4.(教授trousers , gloves)在服饰单词中有些通常是以复数出现的,相互讨论一下吧!

S:shoes和socks物品都是成双成对出现的

T:Anything else?LOOK, What’s she wearing?

S: (裤子)

T: They are trousers.

T: Are they trousers?(拿出准备的手套)

S: No, they aren’t.

T: They are gloves. (love-gloves) Look at my gloves. S: They are so nice. Let’s go to the party 5、prepare for the party a、Listen and tick: T:What clothes are they talking about?听录音,小组内相互讨论,勾出对话中谈论到的衣物。

学生回答(PPT)

讨论不被选择的原因:The blue dress is too short.The brown trousers are too long.

b、Read and choose (PPT)和组内的同学们浏览P38插图并阅读对话,选择正确答案。(学习38页内容)

C、Learn to say 跟读录音,请注意语气、语调等,这样你的英语口语会更标准。

6、At the party a、Read and complete 读P39对话,小组内相互讨论,划出关键词,并完成表格。(PPT)

【设计意图】故事教学一方面重在培养学生自读课文理解课文的能力,另一方面也要侧重于学生朗读和模仿能力的培养。

Homework 1. Listen and read after the tape 5 times. 2. Try to use the sentences we’ve learnt to talk about your friends’clothes.
