Unit 3 Seasons of a year Story corner
【Teaching aims】:
Knowledge and skills: 学习Story Corner的内容。
Progress and methods: 小组合作的方式在教学中能让每个学生都练到;阅读教学可以培训学生的英语理解能力和运用能力,联系图画和故事的主要人物,帮助学生明白故事的含义,再用表演的形式“输出”学生学习的效果。
Emotions and values: 引导学生通过寻找季节进而加深对各种季节的观察,并能用所学季节类单词,表达自己最喜爱的季节。通过故事角里面的故事,学会今天的事情今天做,人不能太懒,否则会自取灭亡。

【Teaching Procedure】:
Step One : Warm-up (3 mins)
1.Greetings. 2.sing a song
Step Two : review (5 mins) Read the words Step Three:new presentation (30mins)

直接展示所学内容,让学生观察图片上有什么,再反馈。
(2)learn the story picture by picture. Picture 1: 带着问题听录音:(2mins)
1)what’s the name of the bird? 2)Which season is his favourite season? 3)Read the sentence and act out .(注意语音语调,传达出生动活泼的神韵) Picture 2:(6mins)
观察图片,which season is it? How do you know? Learn the new word : swallow.(high and low voice) Listen and fill the blanks. Learn the new word :
tomorrow(4.15-yesterday 4.16today 4.17 tomorrow;What’s the meaning?;read the word in groups.to___mo___rrow) Follow teacher to read the sentences and act out. Picture 3:(6mins)
观察图片,which season is it? How do you know? Learn the new word : frog(用自然拼读法拼出来) catch 拼读+ catch a ball and say the word. insect 拼读+catch the little insect. 三组分组读这三个新单词。Pk Listen and fill the blanks. Follow teacher to read the sentences and act out. Picture 4:(6mins)
观察图片,which season is it? How do you know? Learn the new word : Squirrel(了解即可) Listen and fill the blanks. Guess,what will the bird say? Students guess. 突破短语: look for 老师寻找自己的手机,Students guess the meaning. Follow teacher to read the sentences and act out. Picture 5:(6mins)

Follow teacher to read the sentences and act out. (3)Summarize the story.(2mins) Do you understand the story? Can you retell the story to us.
