《I want a hot dog, please》教学设计

一、教学目标：

(一)知识与能力目标：

1、四会单词：hamburger、cola、dollar、cent、enjoy、be careful 2、能灵活运用重点句型，并清楚其运用的场合：What do you want?/I want a hot dog,please./How much is it?/It is thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents. （二）情感目标：

1、激发学生的积极性，使学生懂得如何在西式快餐店用英语点餐。

2、使学生能利用所学的知识与别人合作、交流获得成功的喜悦。

二、教学重点

What do you want? I want a hot dog,please.

How much is it? It is thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents. 三、教学难点

使学生懂得如何在西式快餐店用英语点餐。

四、教学准备：

单词卡片、图片、多媒体课件等。

五、教学过程设计：

Warming-up:

1.Greeting . T: Class begins. Stand up, please. Good morning, boys and girls. Ss:Good morning, Miss Tan. 2. T:Let’s sing a song.《what do you want? 》 T: Can you tell me more delicious food?

Presentation:

hot dog 引出句型：

How much is it?

并教授单词：dollar, cent. 通过情景教学法，教授单词：cashier, enjoy

2、单词的练习。

T:Today,Simon, Simon’s dad and Daming go to the fast food restaurant, too! （导入课文）

What do they want?

Is hot dog really a dog? What does Daming want ? What does Simon want ? How much is it ? T: Now. Listen to the tape and get a main idea and the answers.. 3、Text learning (1) Listen to the tape and get the main idea of the text. (2) Practice the dialogue:

what do you want?

I want a ...... How much is it?

It’s.......dollars. (3)

Practice and Expand:

把讲台布置成快餐店的柜台，邀请学生站到讲台后扮演服务员，再邀请几名学生上前扮演顾客，表演点餐的过程。

《I want a hot dog,please》教学反思

本节课的授课对象为农村学校六年级两个班的学生，学生的英语水平一般，中等偏差的较多。大部分学生能在教师的指导下积极、有效地学习。少部分同学学习起来很吃力。在本节课上，通过单词学习，课文教学，朗读训练、分组表演四个环节，面向全体学生，关注学习过程。通过问题导入，整体感知课文，学习在快餐店里如何去点餐，用鼓励法引导学生自主学习新单词，在具体的语境中学习重点句型，朗读训练扎实到位，角色表演将本节课推向了高潮，很好地达到了本节课的教学目标。但是不足的地方是，新词教学时间急促，巩固不够，有点不扎实，影响到后面的朗读。
