一、教学目标与要求

1、能够听、说和认读单词：tomato，potato,carrot, green bean,onion 及其复数形式。

2、能够正确使用上述单词和和句型“What are they?--- They’re.......”介绍各种农场蔬菜。

二、教学重点及难点

重点：掌握单词：tomato，potato, carrot， green bean 及其复数形式，并且能够在实际情境中运用句型“What are they?--- They’re .......”询问和回答各种蔬菜的名称。

难点：tomato,potato的复数形式。

三、教学准备：多媒体课件，蔬菜实物及图片等。

四、教学过程：

1、Warm-up: (1)Free talk: T:Hello!Boys and girls, nice to meet you. B: Nice to meet you, too. T:............ (2)Let’s sing a song “An apple a day. ”(课件演示动画) T: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Apples are good for us. They’re red and big.At the farm, there are red and big things,but they’re not apples. What are they? Do you want to know? Now let’s go to the farm with Sarah, John and Mike, OK?(课件呈现Sarah, John and Mike 在农场) (3)把学生分为两组，男生组和女生组，在农场中比赛爬梯子摘苹果

2、Presentation:

Let’s learn (1)课件先呈现一个西红柿图片，师问：

“What’s this?”,然后教读单词tomato(板书呈现西红柿图片并书写单词)，同时让学生注意到单词中三个元音字母o,a,o 的发音。接着呈现多个西红柿图片，师问: “What are they?”, 引导学生回答 :“They’re tomatoes”.教读tomatoes. T：They’re red and big. I like tomatoes.(通过运用升降调、大小声读词操练。) (2)以同样的方式教读potato, potatoes。做找物游戏：

“Where is Miss Tomato/Mr Potato?”(课件呈现游戏规则) T：OK! Now Mr Potato meets Miss Tomato.Let’s go and have a look! 教师引导学生读对话。

(设计意图：巩固所学单词：tomato,potato及句型：

“I like ..........”为Let’s chant.学习做铺垫，同时引出下个单词：carrot。) (3)课件先呈现一个胡萝卜图片，师教读carrot, 注意强调字母a,o在单词中的发音。然后呈现一组胡萝卜图片，并问: “What are they?”，引导学生回答: “They’re carrots.”

教读：carrots及句子: “They’re orange and long.Carrots I will try.”（设计意图：让学生先了解Let’s chant 中的难句。）最后运用句型: “How many carrots can you see?--- I can see ______ carrots.”引导学生进行问答练习，巩固单词carrots。

(4)以同样的方式教读单词:green bean及green beans,并强调字母: “ee, ea”都发相同的音/i:/。然后让学生了解句型: “Look at the green beans. They’re so long.I love to eat green beans.”

。“Touch and Say”游戏

T: Tomato, potato,carrot and green beans.So many vegetables. Now let’s touch them and say. (5)通过课件呈现John 和Onion 的对话，使学生了解onion这个单词和句子

“Onions make me cry.”。Let’s chant.(师播放课件，学生听音，模仿。) 3、Practice: (1) “What’s missing?”游戏。（课件呈现动画，让学生观察哪种蔬菜不见了？然后以小组竞赛

的形式，让学生说出蔬菜的名称。）

T:Tomato, potato, carrot, green bean and onion are here. You can look at the picture and find out “ What’s missing?” OK? (2)

Guess: What are they?(学生听师描述蔬菜特征，猜出蔬菜名称。) (3)

Group work:Let’s make a chant.(四人一组选择一种蔬菜，制作一个相似的chant.) 4、Summary:先请学生总结通过本节课的学习，学会了__________. 然后师总结补充。

5、Homework: (1)把本节课所学的蔬菜名称说给家长听。

(2)运用所学蔬菜名词及句型: “What are they?--- They’re .......”进行对话。
