Is this a ruler ? Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. 2.

Let’s sing a song .

Step 2. Presentation. 1.

Show the picture card and introduce the new word and

sentences.

e.g. What color is this ? It’s red.

Is it orange ? No, it isn’t.

Is it red ? Yes, it is.

2.Continue with the rest of the vocabulary pointing to the picture

one by one . 3.Ask the Ss to read these words one by one .

Step 3. Pairwork.

1.Use the picture cards to practise the key words training the

whole class.

The Ss ask and answer with the key sentences. orange、red、blue、purple、green、pink

Put the animals in the box . Then one pupil ask:
