一、单元知识简介

本单元是一个新授单元，主要学习的语言题材是“时间”，语言功能是学生用英语What time is it? It’s …o’clock.等句型表达现在的时间

。通过本课的学习，主要培养学生用英语表达时间的交际能力。

二、 学情分析

学生在三年级刚开始学习英语,有简单的日常会话能力，能听懂教师常用的简单课堂用语，并且三年级上册Unit10已经学过了1-10的数字单词、数字知识的理解有了一定的基础，

三、教学目标：

1.语言知识与技能目标 （1）学习句型What time is it? It’s …o’clock. （2）根据教师的形体语言和实物说出单词和句子。

（3）能在情境中进行表演。

2.语言技能教学目标

（1）能听、说、读、写新的词汇：o’clock eleven twelve，做到发音准确、清晰；

（2）能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型，能够询问时间并做出正确的回答，如：What time is it? It’s …o’clock. （3）能正确理解、掌握What time is it? It’s …o’clock.的对话

内容，并能以较好的语音语调流畅地朗读对话。

（4）能用本课所学语言讨论兴趣爱好，能听得懂、会说和会读日常交际用语。

3.情感态度教学目标

（1）激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学习积极性。

（2）培养学生严格的时间观念，养成守时、守纪的好习惯。

（3）激发学生的参与意识，综合运用语言知识的意识，团结合作的意识。

（4）在学生两两交流和小组合作交流中，培养孩子合作意识和协作精神，能够相互配合完成一段通顺流畅的会话表演。

通过本课的学习，让学生体会到西方对于时间的表达，以及与数字之间的关系。

教学重点与难点

1．教学重点

教学重点：正确拼读本课的四会单词和句型，能流利利用所学句型进行情景会话。

教学难点：1.o’clock 和 is it 的正确读音。

2.eleven 、 twelve 的教学

3. 对新句型What time is it? It’s …o’clock.的理解和运用。

五、教法学法

1．任务型教学策略，有利于形成宽松活泼的课堂氛围，使课堂气氛活泼，进一步激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。

2．教师示范策略：教师通过有节奏感的语音教学、顺口溜教学口诀和身体语言的教学进行示范而引入新单词，让学生更好掌握单词的发音、语调和抽象的语法知识。

3．“词不离句”的策略：从词汇复习入手，并适当地将词汇复习扩展到本课所要学的句型中来，将二者有机地结合起来，真正做到了英语学习的“词不离句”的认知规律。

4．运用正确的评价方式给予学生鼓励和表扬，更好的保持了学生学习的积极性。

5、合作学习策略：尽可能创造相宜的语言情景，加强学生小组合作学习、合作表演，使学生在轻松快乐中学习、思维并运用语言。

1、学习和掌握10组数字时间的词组。

2、掌握运用eleven、twelve。

3、能用What time is it? It’s …o’clock.表达。

二、教学重点难点

1、正确认读四会单词。

2、描述整点时间。

3、 o’clock 和 is it 的正确读音。

4、 twelve的正确发音。

四、教学过程

Sept1 Warming- up and getting ready. 1. Greeting, say hello to the children 2. Making a short conversation with some Ss, ask some questions. T: Good morning. How are you? T : Time is money, let’s begin our class. 1.

Do the action and chant:

one、 two、 three , clap your hands; four、 five、 six ,nod your heads; seven 、eight、 nine, sit down. 2. Fast game ①Review the numbers and spell the numbers. ②Show fast cards of the numbers and guess. Sept2 Presentation 1. Elicit “eleven” from the Fast game T: Is it one? Ss: No, it isn’t. T: Yes , it’s eleven. Now,read after me. e- e 〔i:〕 eleven 2.Ask students to say“ one to eleven ”，the teacher say “ twelve”
