Teaching procedures : Step 1 Warm-up 宾语——宾语从句

1. 概念：

辨析：I know her name . S + V + O .

I know what her name is . S + V + O（Object -clause）

. 宾语从句是主从复合句的一种。主句是主体，从句从属于主句，不能独立。宾语从句当中的从句在全句中作宾语。宾语从句与主句之间需用连接词（成为宾语从句的引导词）来连接，其语序是陈述句语序。

Note:

1. that

的省略：that 引导的宾语从句用来陈述事实，that本身无词义，在从句中不作任何成分，在口语中或非正式文体中常常可被省略。

e.g. I guess (that) somebody else has borrowed it.

I’m afraid (that)

you’ll have to wait.

2. 宾语从句的否定转移：

主句是I/We think/suppose/guess/believe等时，从句中的否定习惯上要转移到

主句中。

如：我认为鸡不会游泳。

误：I think chickens can not swim.

正：I don’t think chickens can swim.

e.g. She asked me if/whether I could help her with her English.

I don’t know if/whether it is going to rain. 三、

Introduced by relative pronouns and adverbs（连接代词和连接副词）

A：宾语从句可由连接代词what, who, whom, which等引导，它们在宾语从句中可作主语、宾语、表语和定语等，因此不能省略。

Do you know who will come this afternoon? (作主语)

Did you hear what he said? （作宾语）

I don’t know whose that is. （作表语）

Could you tell me which gate we have to go to? （作gate的定语）

B: 宾语从句可由连接副词when, where, how, why等引导，它们在宾语从句中作状语，不可省略。

We didn’t know when she would come back. Could you tell me how I can get to the post office? No one knows why she is late again. Step 3 Consolidation（教师点拨）

1. 引导词：分三类（that , if / whether ; wh- / h）

2. 语序：从句中的语序为陈述语序；

e.g. *Do you know how old is she? (应改为：…how old she is)

3. 时态：从句中的时态与主句时态前后呼应。

特别提示：如果从句说的是客观现象或真理，无论主句是什么时态，从句都用一般现在时。

4. 否定前移：当主句谓语动词为think，suppose，

expect，believe

等时，其后的宾语从句为否定句时，常将否定词not从从句中移到主句中，构成否定转移。

Eg. I don’t think it’s polite to do so.

特别注意：

一、只用whether 1.与or not 连用时

I want to know whether he can come or not. 2.作介词的宾语时It depends on whether they will support us . 3.句首Whether this is true , I can’t say. 4.和动词不定式连用时He doesn’t know whether to go . 5.句中已有if引导的条件状语从句时，避免歧义Please let me know if you like it . 二、if还可表如果，此时不是宾语从句

Eg：

I will stay at home if it rains tomorrow.

三、when还可以引导时间状语从句

I’ll tell him the news when he comes .

从句的简化：

宾语从句可以简化为不定式、复合宾语或“疑问词+不定式”结构等，从而变为简单句。

宾语从句有三关，语序时态引导词。

语序就一句，从句永陈诉。

时态仔细辨，从句随主句：主句一般现，从句看句意；主句一般过，从句选过去。若为真理故，时态亦可抛（一般现在时）。

引导词有三类，陈述句子选that，一般疑问加是否（if，whether），特殊疑问词不变。

三关过后莫得意，还有以下需注意：

人称标点大小写，从句简化如果(if) 时(when)。

教学反思

本次授课内容是八年级下册最后的几个话题中的重点语法，为帮助学生淡化语法，形成思维认识，在各话题教学时，只给了学生初步的了解。让学生能够理解，但是不强调运用，以最后设置整体语法项目，形成整体认识，以达到学以致用。

教学中侧重讲练结合，思考与学习同步，教学与总结并举，学习效果较好。

内容设置较多，时间稍显仓促。
