Grammar: 当宾语从句放在ask,know,say,wonder等动词之后，由一般疑问句转变而来时，需用if或whether来引导，译为“是否”；两者通常能互换，但不可省略。b. 当宾语从句位于介词之后，或与or not连用时，只能用”whether”表“是否”。c. 宾语从句必须是陈述语序。
