学生情况分析：

经过一年半的训练，学生能基本适应新教材的学习，基本能做到每课的“四会”熟练掌握，能积极参与课堂活动，大部分学生能用几句简单、连贯的句子描述一个主题，部分对英语有浓厚兴趣的学生养成了听录音预习的习惯。单词的认读能力较强，但句子的认读、书写还有一些不尽人意，还需作进一步系统的指导、训练。

教材分析：

本单元主要学习表示食物的单词，运用句型What do you like (doing)?询问他人喜欢吃什么及其回答。在此单元之前，我们已经学过soup, meat, pizza, rice, noodles, hamburger, cake, biscuit, pear, apple等表示食物的名词，本单元在对这些内容稍作复习的基础上引出单词、句型的教学，并通过新旧句型的整和，编成简短的对话作为本单元语言训练的重点。
