概述

本课为《开心英语》Book5第六单元

“Shopping for a School Party”第一课时的内容。新单词有forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety, a hundred, expensive, cheap, dollar,

主要句型是How much is the guitar? It’s $85.Wow! That’s expensive! How much are those socks? They’re $1.Hey! That’s cheap! 我在课中精心创设尽量真实的语言环境，如说说日常用品和文具的价钱，开展“购物”等一系列活动，活跃课堂气氛，让学生在感受，体验，参与、合作过程中来学习语言，感受用英语交流的乐趣和愉悦感，培养学生初步用英语进行交流的能力。

二、教学目标

１．知识与技能

（1）认读十个新单词和两组新句型，做到发音准确、清晰；

（2）熟练运用新句型与同桌进行相互问答；

（3）能够借助key

points进行看图问答或综合说话；

（4）能够根据多媒体课件自主听读英语短文材料。

２．过程与方法

（1）能够通过师生说、两两说和自主听读体验交际式英语教学的一般过程，掌握英语说听的基本方法；

（2）能够通过两两说和综合说体验合作学习的过程和方法；

（3）能够仔细倾听老师和同学的发言，有语言表达和与同学交流的愿望。

3．情感态度与价值观

（1）激发和保持学生英语学习的动机，实现“趣能”两得；

（2）在学生两两交流和小组合作交流中，培养孩子合作意识和合作精神，能够相互配合完成一段通顺流畅的说话训练。

（3）通过学习本课，学会使用礼貌用语并了解中国与外国的不同货币，培养学生不铺张浪费、勤俭节约的良好品德。

三、学习者特征分析

1．学生是广东省江门市甘光仪学校五年级的学生，年龄在十一岁左右；

2．学生已经学习了hat, guitar, soccer, shoes，socks等商品的单词；

3．学生对one、two、… ten的英语数字已经非常熟悉；

4．学生对What’s this？What are they？等句型非常熟悉；

5．学生思维活跃，善于和同学交流，乐于表达自己，渴望得到同学和教师的赞许；

6．学生对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣，但是英语的听读能力还有待加强；

7．学生活泼好动，对游戏、竞赛、画画特别感兴趣。

四、教学策略

1．创设情景策略：教师在讲台角落里挂上几件衣服和摆一个放好实物的货架，创设购物情景，激发学生的学习兴趣。

2．师生示范策略：教师通过和1～2个学生的口语交际，给全班同学的两两说话训练作示范，让学生清楚两两说话的内容和方式；

3．自主听读策略：学生通过自主听读拓展材料，在完成课标要求的基础上训练听说能力，积累和丰富英语词汇和句式；

4．歌曲激趣策略：通过学生的chant、sing a song，有利于形成宽松活泼的课堂氛围，同时借助chant和歌曲来巩固学过的句型和单词，在语言运用中学习英语。

六、教学过程

Step1 Warm-up 1.T：Good afternoon, boys and girls. How are you today? 2.Sing a song. 3.Review the numbers.

Step2 Presentation 1.

Today we’ll learn Unit 5 Shopping for a School Party. 2.

Today is cool. I want to buy a new blouse. Let’s go to the shopping mall and have a look. Now, let’s go together.

3.Learn the words ①Wow, there are so many things in the shopping mall. First, I can see a guitar.How much is the guitar? (It’s $40.)

②Game: Addition ③Now ,I can see a purple blouse. T: How much is the purple blouse? ( Assistant: It’s $300.) T: Wow!That’s expensive. I don’t want to buy it.

Um, what about the blue one? T: How much is the blue blouse? (Assistant: It’s $4.)

T: Hey! That’s cheap! I want to buy it.

④In China, we use yuan. But in USA, people use dollars. ⑤Game: Guess the pictures and spell the words. 4. Learn the sentences. Look! Tony and Jenny are coming. They want to buy something. Let’s go and see. ①Target 1(Singular form): Listen and repeat ,ask about the price of real things,ask and answer according to the screen. ②Target 2(Plural form): T ask a student about the things , Listen and repeat , ask about the price of real things,Ss ask and answer according to the picture. ③Guess the price of the things. ④See the movie and answer the questions. Gogo and Jenny are coming to the shopping mall. Let’s see.
