Unit1 Birthday part A TEACHING AIMS AND DEMANDS: 1.

Get students to learn the new words: birthday,

party, present, football, card 2.

Get students to learn the new sentences: let’s buy her a present./ what about…?Good idea. 3.

Sing the song-- happy birthday. 2.

Game rules explaining. 3.

Show the pictures of the dialougue. T:

Let’s guess….. 2.

Drill the sentences: “happy birthday.” Group by group 3.

Watch the video and see what does Sally say to them. Listen and answer. Drill the sentences:----Please come to my birthday party. 4.

New words teaching: 1)

Present.. (大小声，小组读) A present---presents(get students to pay attention to the “s” and tell the differences of the pronunciation)

Drill the phrases: present, present , let’s buy her a present. 2)

New sentences teaching… what about a …..? by asking and answering 3)

Dialogue teaching Listen and answer
