1. Warm-up Students(Ss) sing a song together: Week Songs. During this step, I deliberately adopt an extremely active and comfortable song to warm up. So that Ss can obviously totally relaxed and devoted themselves to the today new course learning. Undoubtedly ,this comfortable learning atmosphere and experience is beneficial for their
study. Besides that, this song is totally related to our topic today and lay a foundation for the next step. 2.Lead-in
Lead in key sentence pattern ‘What do you to be when you grow up?’
T:Initially ,I ask students :What day is it today? What classes do you have today? Finally to lead in the key sentence patterns. I definitely consider that the most effective way to lead in new class is through natural
relevant topic. In that case ,teacher actually gives students in different levels equal opportunities to participate. What’s more ,I design myself as a creative questions to attract students attention. To be honest ,this is really helpful for instruction. 3.Presentation and Pair work
(1)Basic comprehension of the part1 Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.
1.What does he want to be when he grows up? 2.Why? 3.Can he be a teacher now?
(4)To practice the key sentence pattern: Do you want to be a teacher? What teacher do you want to be? What do you want to be when you grow up? To begin with ,I deliberately design some tasks to let students have the brief understanding of the whole text .Apart from that ,I give them some more difficult tasks to cultivate their listening abilities and help them to acquire the details
information of the whole text . 4.Practice and Production (1)Make a new dialogue. What do you want to be when you grow up?

Because I love…
I love to…
I can …very well.
(2) Writing: My Dream
For one thing ,as for fourth grade students, the teacher plays an role of guide. I ask them an relatively open-ended and creative questions .Given their thought limitation , I demonstrate some examples firstly. To my surprise ,they are capable of speaking a variety of answers. They are kids ,they are straightforward and creative. For another thing ,It is necessary to practice their writing ability .What’s more , the teacher should make use of every moment to practice students speaking ,listening , reading together with writing ability. In a word ,comprehensive ability should be developed . 5.Extension and Summary Let children aware that stick to their dreams and
never give up and practice makes perfect.I contend the most fundamental thing I desire to instruct is not only that key knowledge, but also there is nothing more essential than morality education as for kids. This is really meaningful to immerse morality education to the every step of the course.

一、Teaching Objectives
(一)Knowledge objectives:
1.Students will be capable of reading fundamental words , phrases together with sentence patterns . 2.Students will utilize new knowledge including new vocabulary as well as fixed phrases flexibly and naturally. 3.Students will be able to accumulate knowledge during learning .What’s more, they can use it in their daily life conversation. (二)Ability objectives:
Not only the teacher helps students to enhance their social ability and communication ability , but also to improve their confidence and interests in English class. (三)Morality and affection objectives:
(1)To cultivate their cooperation capability as well as to combine with their individual spirit. They would like to cooperate with their classmates. (2)Through this course ,they will become conscious of the significance of health. I contend that they will pay attention to their daily habits especially eating habits which plays an fundamental role in their life. 二、Teaching Key Points and Teaching Difficulties:

三.Teaching Procedures Step 1:Warming up Students(Ss) sing a song together: Week Songs. [Aims]During this step, I deliberately adopt an extremely active and comfortable song to warm up. So that Ss can obviously totally relaxed and devoted themselves to the today new course learning. Undoubtedly ,this comfortable learning atmosphere and experience is beneficial for their study. Besides that, this song is totally related to our topic today and lay a foundation for the next step. 步骤1:选择Week songs作为本课的热身歌曲,首先这首歌曲旋律简单易学,重复乐句较多,节奏感强,很容易吸引孩子们,让孩子们能够放松下来,以很好的状态尽快投入到今天的新课程学习当中;其次,此曲与本课的主题相关,为后面的导入做了很自然的铺垫。

清华小学英语4B《Lesson 19》教学反思
本课教授的是清华版小学英语4B第三单元19课, 重点要求学生能够掌握各个学科单词Chinese, English ,math, P.E., art ,music和句型What do you want to be when you grow up ?理解并会应用What do you want to be when you grow up ?和I want to be a/an…句型。
本课较为满意的方面有:一是我完成了自己的教学目标,孩子们都能正确理解并流利朗诵课文,且能运用本课句型讨论他们长大后想从事的职业;二是我通过具体生活情境和板书上成功地让孩子们掌握了如何在日常生活中使用重点句型,解决了本课的教学重难点;三是孩子们在这节课上获得了快乐的体验,他们尽情表达自己,和我愉快聊天,做动作表演,更加喜欢英语课;四是我引导孩子如何实现自己的梦想,坚持不懈,永不言弃;五是我给了孩子们很大的思考空间和口语练习机会,用不同的语言回应孩子不同的表述,孩子们积极思考发言,学习热情很高,口语输出很多,自主语言得到了很大发展,并增强了自信心;六是在编新对话时,同桌之间互相帮助,弱的孩子在同桌的帮助下也有精彩的发言,培养了孩子们的合作意识。
本课需要改进的地方有两点:一是在产出环节,我应该由学科、老师导入新课以后,接着问学生 Do you want to be a teacher when you grow up? If you want to be a teacher, What teacher do you want to be ?If you don’t ,What do you want to be when you grow up?这样整个课程的环节会更顺畅;二是可以更多孩子职业体验的机会,以小组合作的形式完成,这样孩子的参与度更高。
