【内容分析】

本课是以“研学后教”为理论依据的复习课。通过本单元前面内容的学习，学生初步了解情态动词must，mustn’t的用法。本课时以rules为话题，以研学问题为引领，开展不同的听说读写的活动，进一步复习了情态动词must，mustn’t的用法，并且能够在书信中运用情态动词must，mustn’t的用法。

【学情分析】

本课教学对象是七年级的平均水平学生。他们已经学习了情态动词，对情态动词can, cannot,may,may not, must, mustn’t的用法和区别有一定的了解。教学中以学生感兴趣的话题为中心，穿插一些活动调动学生的积极性，以说和写形式为主，插入学生自己的教室实际生活情况，提醒同学们注意节约用电，引出同学们该怎么做和不该怎么做语言的输出，以小组讨论和对话形式让学生探讨研学问题。

【重点和难点】

运用情态动词can, cannot,may,may not, must, mustn’t，建议校长制定规则，制定有意义而且是用英语正确表述的规则。
