brush my teeth, wash my face, brush my hair, put on my clothes. 2.Students can understand and read this lesson by themselves. 3.Students can talk about “what do you do in the morning?”with these words and phrases. II. Teaching step 1.sing a song: “If you are happy....”(Ss sing the song and do some actions.)(借助歌曲开始课堂教学,活跃气氛。同时选用与本科内容紧密结合的歌曲,也为新知的呈现伏笔。自然导出“What do you do?”) 2.free talk: Hello,what’s your name? How old are you? What do you do in the morning? --I brush my teeth/ wash my face/brush my hair/put on my clothes.(采用free talk的形式,其目的主要是以旧引新,在互相问候的同时,自然引出新知,体现教学的无痕。)

由free talk 中的“what do you do?”来猜测图片进行的动作,同时了解这是早晨发生的事情,通过动词短语,分解

句子内容,降低了学习难度,但又不打破连贯性)

B.Reading Read the sentence in four.(以小组为单位自读课文) Let’s read groups by groups.(小组分段读课文) C.practicing the sentences in pair. Let’s do a “whisper game”,I will choose four students as one group to the front,then I tell the first one“I brush my teeth.”then,the student acts it out.the other students speak it out quickly.Repeat the game group by group.(通过耳语游戏方式,既提高了学生听读的能力,又激发了学生的学习兴趣,活跃了课堂气氛。) IV. Consolidation 1)Here’s some information for you. I read a book. I do my homework. 2)If you are Jenny,what do you do in the morning? (Ss 上台表演,多媒体用表格格式提供Jenny早晨的日常。) V.
