What about a Robot? 教学设计

教学目标:学会询问别人要去哪里,并会回答:Where are you going? I’m going to the store. 能表达自己的想法:I want to buy sb. Sth.

教学重点:掌握四会单词present / buy / robot / store.能熟读课文。

教学难点:能将所学知识举一反三,灵活运用。

教具:单词卡、课件。

教学过程:

一、Greeting

二、Warm-up

小游戏sharp eyes(火眼金睛):

1.屏幕依次闪过本课单词store/present/robot/flower/watch。

2.学生举手回答自己看到的单词,并将它拼写出来。

三、Presentation

Step 1. Listen and speak

1.幻灯片放映Listen and speak 图文及音频。

2.逐句讲解中文意思。

Step 2. Teach the new sentences: Where are you going? To the store. T: I have a card, can you read?(出示卡片由score 变成store )商店T: How to say“我要去商店”in English ?你、她、他、他们要去商店?板书:I’m going to the store.

T: 这有一道难题,看看谁最聪明,能做出答案。对划线部分提问: I’m going

板书:Where are you going?

Step 3. Teach the new sentences: I want to buy him a present.

1.New words: present / buy / robot

T: Today is Ken’s birthday, 肯过生日时,我们送给他一件礼物。(出示礼物盒)look! This is a present. Guess! What’s the first / second / third / last letter.

板书:present

T: Let’s spell the word, Can you write?

学生在英文本上写下单词: present

T: Do want to know “what’s in it?” Who can open it?

Ss: 机器人

T: Do you like it? 这里面还有它的名字呢!(出示单词卡片robot)Can you read?

Ss: robot!

T: 买个机器人怎么样?What about a robot? Today, we’re going to learn new lesson, Unit 5 what about a robot?

T: How to say“一件礼物”in English ? 买一件礼物呢?

板书:buy a present

T: How to say“想要”in English? 我想要?我想要买一件礼物?我想要买一个机器人给肯呢?

板书:I want to buy a robot for Ken.

2. Let’s practice

课件: 学生一边看图片一边练习说这个句型I want to buy… for…

T: We can say another away. 我们能用别一种方式来表达. Look at the sentences.

课件演示: I want to buy a present for Ken。——I want to buy Ken a present 练习宾格形式的单词me / you / him / her / them 小组练习,会用这两种方式来表达自己想给某人买某物

Step 4 . Let’s practice

同桌之间用本节课所学句型创设情景,进行对话。
