Lesson 5 What about a Robot?(第2课时)

教学目标:

1、通过学习学会问答意见

2、学会可能与否的表达

3、会用所学英语句型进行交际,并发展学生的语言表达能力和创造能力教学重点:

1、重点单词:

watch new cost too much

2、重点句子:

What about a new watch?

I can’t buy a watch.

Watches cost too much.

教学难点:

设计思路:

交际功能是语言的本质功能,任何运用语言的交际活动都是在一定的情境中进行的。本课内容就是围绕买礼物开展的交际活动。教师在上课伊始用chant 导入,激起学生学习兴趣。利用情境结合图片等手段创设讲解,操练和运去语言的情境。利用实物进行检查反馈学生的理解和记忆情况。在情境中运用英语提高学生理解和表情达意的正确性、流利性和得体性。

教学过程:

1、Introduction

1)、Greetings

T:hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you.

Ss:Hello,teacher.? Nice to meet you, too.

2)、Let’s chant together. Two little black birds.

3)、Review the words.

T:I bring some presents to you. Show the cards:cap, computer, ball, shirt. What’s this?

Ss:It’s a cap.(复习其它卡片单词)

2、New Teaching

1)T:Do you like Robo? I have many Robo Stickers.

Do you want to get it? Today,we are going

to learn Lesson4 What about a Robot? (write down the Title on the bl ackboard. Then read it two

times.)T: Now,

open your books turn to page 48, listen to the tape carefully, then ans wer my

questions.

(1): What do they want to buy?

(2): Why didn’t they buy it?

2) T: OK. Now, answer my questions. What do they want to buy? Ss: 手表

T: 手表 watch Ss: watch watch

T: Can you spell it? Ss: w-a-t-c-h

T: What about a new watch? new 新的

Ss: new new (read it one by one)

T: I can’t buy a watch. Why?

Ss: 太贵了

T: Cost 花费 Ss: cost cost

T: How to spell it? Ss: c-o-s-t

T: Watches cost too much.(利用多种形式读单词和句子)

3)T: Now, read after the tape. Chant together (我们看看谁模仿的最象,听后检查并及时表扬)

4)Read it by yourself. Then listen and speak.

3 Practice

1)T: I have many presents. Do you want to buy?

Ss: Yes (教师打出多媒体图片。 Cap, ball, computer, shirt)

T: What about a cap?

Ss: I can’t buy a cap.

T: Why?

Ss: I like it. (采用师问生,生问生,生问师多种形式来进行替换练习。教师及时进行补充和鼓励评价)。

T: You did very well. Now, you can make a dialog. Let’s practice in p

airs. You can use

these objects. For example: ball bag apple book etc.

Ss: pratice four minutes.

T: Stop here. Who can act the dialog.

Ss: show the dialog.(教师给予及时评价与表扬)

3)T: Now, we play a game, OK?

Ss: OK.

T: Pass the present one by one.

Ss齐声问: what about a ball? 轮到的同学回答问题。依次传递物品,教师进行及时总结。

4 Summary.

1)T: Today, what did you learn?

Ss: watch 还学会如何说买与不买东西。

2)Today, your homework is making a dialog about how to buy a pre sent. Then listen to the

tape again.

3) Say”Good-bye”
