第二课时

吉林省吉林市船营区第十四小学校李瑛琳教学目标:

1、利用自然拼读法,学生能够准确听、说、认读本课的4个单词。

2、通过各种兴趣活动,学生熟练运用Look at that ... .It’s ....句型,描述动物的外貌特征,强化口语表达能力,增强爱护动物的情感。

3、借助全身动作反应法,学生充分理解歌谣内容,边说边做,产生爱学英语的情感。

教学重点:

1、利用自然拼读法,学生能够准确听、说、认读本课的4个单词。

2、通过Let’s do,学生强化记忆本课的4个单词。

教学难点: thin 的正确读音。

教具: PPT、video、tape、cards

教学流程:

一、热身:

PPT: Say a chant.

Look at the bear. It’s short.

Look at the panda. It’s fat.

Look at the giraffe. It’s tall.

Look at the elephant. It’s big.

二、导入:

Look at the picture.

1、What animals can you see?

I can see .

2、Where are they ?

They are .(出示课题)

三、新授:

(一)观察图画,感知词汇

Miss White takes Zhang Peng and Amy to the zoo.

Look at the picture. Answer my questions.(小组讨论)

1、What does the mother of giraffe look like? It’s .

2、What does the baby giraffe look like? It’s .

3、What does this monkey look like ? It’s .

4、What does that monkey look like ? It’s .

(二)小组汇报,听音模仿

1、It’s tall .(听音,跟读)

2、It’s short . (听音,跟读)

3、It’s fat . (听音,跟读)

4、It’s thin . (听音,跟读)

(三) 游戏教学,寓教于乐

1、I say you do .(我说你做)

2、Say and do.(边说边做)

Tall,tall,tall. Short,short,short.

Fat,fat,fat. Thin,thin,thin.

3、正反说。 T:tall S: short

(四)句型教学,巩固操练

观察图画,谈论动物。(小组讨论并汇报)

1、Talk about your favorite animal in groups. Make a new dialogue.

拿出你喜欢的小动物,小组编会话。

2、展示会话内容,并评价。

3、These animals are our friends. We should product them. 五、课外延伸,布置作业

1、Draw your favorite animal.

2、Introduce favorite animal to your friend.
