Teaching plan(1)

Analysis for students: Our students are almost 6 years old. They are active, they can’t concentrate on one thing for a few minutes. But they are curious about everything, and they eager to show themselves. Teaching contents: Lesson 2 Look, listen and repeat and B Look, choose and say, Unit 6 Fruit

Teaching aims:

(1)To enable the students to understand, speak and read these words: apple, pear, orange and banana.

(2)Can use simply the sentence structure: Do you like pears? Yes, I do. /No, I d on’t.

(3)To cultivate students’ interests of learning English, and develop ability of listening to others and communicating with others.

Key points: The pupils can read and say these new words and sentences. Difficult points: According to the teaching aims, can using the functional sentences in real situation.

Teaching tools: pictures, cards, PPT.

Teaching times: one Lesson.

Teaching procedures:

Step .1 Warm-up and lead-in activities

1. Greetings.

2. Listen to the song: Apple round apple red.

Step 2.Presentation

1. Show and look at the pictures about fruits.

2. Look at these pictures about fruits one by one: apple, pear, orange, banana. At the same time, I’ll use the sentences“ Do you like...?” “Yes, I do. / No I don’t.” in new words teaching. It’s way to combining sentence with words study.

Step 3 Interesting practice

1. Play a game.

2. I use sentence structure: “Do you like...?” “Yes, I do. / No I don’t.”

3. Show the pictures about fruits and ask: “ Do you like...?” then guide the students an swer:“ Yes, I do./ No I don’t.” next, I will invite one student come here and put up the pictures beside the words on the blackboard. The else students ask this one: “Do you like...? ” He/she answers: “Yes, I do./ No I don’t.”

Step 4 Consolidation and extension

1. Pair-work

Two students for a group, According to the pictures about fruits, one

asks: “Do you like...?” another answer s: “Yes, I do. / No I don’t.” then exchange each other.

2. Listen to “B Look, choose and say” and ask the students follow it, then choose a number 2 or 3.

3.I will ask: “Do you like...? According to their answer, we can draw a conclusion: fruits are healthy for us.
