Teaching aims：

（1）能听懂、会说，会读句型和词组：

I have…. He/She has….We don’t have….What day is it today? It’s…. What a pity! All right, after school, go, match, today. （2）能听懂、会说，会读，会写：Wednesday，Saturday （3）能力目标：能把本课所学的知识运用到实际交际中去。

（4）情感目标：培养学生的交际能力，能团结同学，友好相处, 并能珍惜时间，合理利用时间。

I have…. He/She has….We don’t have….What day is it today? It’s…. What a pity! All right, after school, go, match, today. 2. 能正确朗读并理解课文。

What day is it today? It’s Thursday. What date was it yesterday? (Teach: Thursday, Wednesday)

We have lessons from Monday to Friday.

But we don’t have lessons on Saturday and Sundays. (Teach: Saturday, Sunday) Sunday=SUN, Saturday=SAT Step 2 Presentation 1.

Look at our timetable. T: What day is it today? What lessons do you have on Thursday?

What can we do afternoon? (Teach: after school) Let the Ss answer. 2.

Watch and circle Who would like to play table tennis?

Let’s watch the cartoon then circle. 3.
