一、教学目标：

1、知识目标：通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学语言Is that the ....? Yes,it is /No,it isn’t 2、能力目标：

（1）所有学生能在语言、图片的帮助下理解故事内容，并能朗读故事。

（2）大部分同学能表演故事，并能恰当运用故事中的语言。

3、情感目标：感受学校的漂亮与温馨，培养学生对学校的热爱。

二、教学重难点

1、重点：

学生能在语言、图片的帮助下读懂故事，并运用正确的语音语调朗读故事。

2、难点：

学生能表演故事并在实际情景中运用所学语言。

Step 1、Warm up

Answer the question:What’s the song about? Revision The song is about school,there are many rooms in the school,What are they? 快看快说游戏复习单词

Talk about John’s school （Is that the....?Yes,it is/No, it isn’t）

Step 2、Presentation 通过看文本图，听对话让学生感知文本。

出示课本情境图问:Who are they ?Where are they ? They are in the Hippo’s _____ （1）Read picture2/3/4/5 and circle:Where do they visit in Hippo’s school? （2）Watch picture2/3/4/5 and find :Where do they visit in Hippo’s school? A、Library、gym、music room、lunch room、computer room B、Library、gym、music room、lunch room、teacher’s office

2、Watch and answer :看第四幅图视频并回答问题：Is that the lunch room? 让学生通过观看视频，听出Is that the lunch room?教师用PPT出示lunch room 的图片由hungry 到lunch room 运用u的短音发音规则让学生试着拼读，运用图片帮助学生理解意思。由一名学生当小老师领读Is that the lunch room? 3、Read picture and find:Is that the computer room?学生读第五幅图内容回答No. 教师问 How does the Hippo answer? No,it ‘s not. 4、Watch picture 6 and find:What does the Hippo say? （1）出示It’s time for lunch ! 句型，再出示钟表上12点的时间引导学生思考句型的意思。教师板书句型，学生练习句型。
