教学对象为初一年级学生。经过一个多学期的初中学习，学生对初中英语学习方法有了初步了解，个别学生具备了一定的听、说、读、写能力。但整体上学生基础比较薄弱，思维不够活跃。学生对于时态的掌握不牢，需要巩固练习，能力有待进一步提高与加强。

重点、难点：

（1）在所设定的情景下正确运用动词的现在进行时。

（2）能够熟练根据图片和词汇用现在进行时造句。

1. 了解现在进行时的概念和用法。

2. 掌握现在进行时的结构：be(am, is, are)+doing。

3. 掌握现在进行时一下句式：1）陈述句；2）特殊疑问句；3）否定句；4）一般疑问句；5）肯定和否定回答。

4. 掌握现在分词的构成规律。

5. 知道表述现在进行时的典型标志词，如now,listen,look等。

1. 教师积极创设情境引入，以贴近学生实际的图片来引起学生的注意，提高学生的主动性和参与性，从而增强其学习积极性。

2. 引入竞争机制，采用游戏竞赛的形式激发学生的学习兴趣和热情。

3. 给予适当提示，降低难度，让学生有信心完成学习任务。
